• Location is excellent and the room I was in was nice.
• Parking and internet access in room were extra charges. Some equipment in the workout room were not useable.

• Very comfortable beds.
• Son cut hand on chipped table, staff seemed indifferent.

“Hotel is located with easy access to highway's, airport, and all amenities. They have several buildings so you may not stay in the one with the lobby. Very comfortable beds. Our son cut his hand on a chip from the marble end table and when alerting the staff of the problem they never asked if he was ok or offered even a band-aid.”

• Paper stuck to the top of the bath tub, from the former guest!

“With no instructions to call ahead if you need two beds, does not make me happy to have to pay for and extra bed for one of the kids. And pay for parking also.”

• Not applicable - I did not find anything that was not to my liking.

• Average 3 stars hotel, the staff is friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
• Front desk to my room takes a long walk and parking is very expensive.

“Average 3 stars hotel, the staff is friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Two things I don't like about this hotel were the long walk from the front desk to my room (took about 8 min because it was quite confusing) and the parking overnight is too expansive, $17/night.”

• Check in took 15 minutes waiting in line. Also, they charge for parking which I had not anticipated.

“A little old, but still clean and fairly quiet. Parking was additional $16 per day, and we were only staying overnight to catch a flight.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable.

“The hotel room was nice and extremely comfortable. The hotel is very spread out which I did not like. The parking was also expensive. I don't think you should have to pay to park at a hotel, if you are a guest.”

• The location in relation to the airport. The friendliness of the staff.
• Breakfast was not included.

“This hotel couldn't be more convenient for people wishing to stay in the vicinity of the airport. The complimentary shuttle makes traveling to and from the airport easy. The hotel itself is as you would expect from a 3 star. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the beds extremely comfortable.”

“Three star hotels should have refrigerator in the room. I stayed in 2 star in Best Western in Canada and they even provide the refrigerator.”

• Concierge was very helpful with directions/maps - cookies.
• Hot tub was outside and the weather was questionable. If inside it could have been used more.

“This was a beautiful hotel, friendly staff and helpful concierge though daily parking fee was exorbitant. The room was lovely except for the carpet which was stained. Bed linens were exceptional, lovely, clean and warm.”

• They charge for internet access in the rooms and parking is expensive.

“This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and both stays were pleasant. I felt as though the price was very fair although they charge for both in room internet access and parking which adds a significant layer of cost to your stay.”

“The hotel was very clean but cold and damp feeling, carpets looked like they were out of a 70's porno film or something. If you stay there you get a free cookie but you have to pay 17 bucks to park?”

• The parking is too high for guests ($16.00 per day).

“In spite of the parking costs, this is the best hotel I have stayed at near the Seattle airport. We have stayed there before and it never fails to impress us.”

• Desk employees very nice, bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
• The layout of the hotel.

“I had an short, overnight layover in Seattle and just wanted to rest my head in a comfy bed for a few hours. But I wasted time trying to actually find the room, and then it was a very long walk back to the lobby to catch the shuttle the next morning. I would recommend hotel if you have extra time on your hands, but not if you need to get in and out quickly.”

• No free internet in room. Internet connections in the business center were terrible.

“The room was excellent. Could hear neighbors if they were really noisy but room was generally quiet. This place couldn't be any closer to the airport and yet I heard no planes whatsoever. There's a flight information screen right in the lobby. Annoyances were minor and included no free internet in the room though free wireless was available in the lobby and restaurant. Network connections in the business center didn't work. My room keys were quit working after the first day and I had to get new ones at front desk. All-in-all, this was a good experience and I would stay there again.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The room was very noisy, too easy to hear the people walking and talking in hall.

“The bed was comfortable, but we were awakened several times by people walking and talking in the hallway outside our room at all hours of the night. The room smelled upon first entry but later we didn't notice. We were very disappointed that we had to pay $16.00 to park for less than 12 hours. Left a bad taste in our mouth!”

• The pool was outside and not usable during rain and snow.

“Overall very good especially for the price. However I had 4 big bags of luggage, and they put me in a room very far away. For a 3 star hotel wireless internet should be available in the price of the room, even Motel 8 has this.”

• Nothing, it is very much over rated and too expensive for what they offer!
• Front desk, parking, no WiFi in room, phone system, meals.

“An expensive over rated airport hotel that made the weeks stay uncomfortable. Not welcoming or friendly. Even complaints were disregarded and left unfixed. Room was just ok, service was inconsistent. I would not expect this to be the pride of Hilton Fleet. Will not stay at another Doubletree. Ruins your credibility!”

• Room was a very long walk from check in desk & required multiple elevators & stairs.

“Functional hotel, great value right near Seattle airport. While a little tired in decor, the bed was comfortable, the room very quiet, and the staff was cheery. Except for the very long walk to my room down a 1000 ft corridor, up an elevator, down another 1000ft corridor, down a flight of stairs, everything else met expectations.”

“This Doubletree is conveniently located near the SeaTac airport. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is quick to respond to special needs. If you are going on a trip, the hotel valet offers very reasonable overnight parking for a minimum of 3 nights ($9).”

“This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We find it convenient and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool area, there is a great restaurant (Sparks Roasters) right across the street and a coffee stand in the lobby. Large property makes you feel more like you are at a resort. The only downsides is the $16 per day parking fee you have to add on and there is no WiFi in the rooms or pool area - you have to go to certain lobby sitting spots to access it.”

• The hotel clerk gave us yummy cookies when we checked in and the pool was wonderful.
• We missed not having a free continental breakfast and having to pay for parking was not expected.
