• Friendly staff, beautiful hotel with a great feeling to it, clean, safe, charming!
• Pool closed too early. 11 pm, we arrived after it had closed.

“The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and charming. We felt welcomed and well cared for when we arrived late and exhausted. Check-out time was 1 pm which was nice, not to have to rush or worry about extra charges. The pool and hot tub were especially wonderful as were the grounds, a private park like setting. Wonderful!”

“We found wine on our sheets, and when we called down to the front desk to get it fixed they curtly told us that they would send up housekeeping. They did not apologize. My wife and I waited for twenty-five minutes for the maid to come, and finally we just went to supper. When I came back I talked to the manager on duty, and I told him the situation. He apologized, but it was an empty apology. We had to walk about a quarter of a mile to our rooms. I am not exaggerating that one bit. The parking lot is very far away from the front desk, and then the rooms are also quite far away from the desk. Otherwise the stay was okay. The bell staff were very friendly and helpful.”

• Layout of the hotel is clumsy and confusing.

“Thank you for your overall excellent service. May I recommend for the future that you consider much more separation between smoking an non-smoking rooms? The smoke actually finds its' way into the internal hallways making for an unpleasant experience.”

• Very nice place over all.
• The room they put me in was right by an outside door and people came in and out it all night - very noisy.

“People were very helpful; I would stay again, except not in the cheap room. The phone buttons did not work, nor did the bathroom fan. Beds were very comfortable.”

“Overall good hotel but staff was not much helpful (service staff), front desk was very helpful. As they call this hotel as business center, it should have free wired/wireless internet connectivity. Also, the internet connection speed was not really high speed.”

• The shuttle driver went out of his way to accommodate us!
• I was told that we would have 2 king beds in our room but when I got there, there was a upgrade fee.

“If you are looking for a hotel near the airport, this hotel is for you. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, well maintained and the beds are comfortable. They cater to the busy traveler. Restaurant prices are high, but there are other restaurants within walking distance.”

• Excellent outdoor pool, spa, espresso/coffee bar, gift shop, clean/quality room, large/airy lobby w/ a beautiful fireplace.
• Parking was not included.

“Walking into the lobby I felt that the hotel was very high quality. I felt this while staying in the room, as well. I've been to 3 star hotels elsewhere that feel cheap/rundown. Not so here, I only hope to get this hotel again and again!”

“Upon arrival, I was surprised/delighted to find the hotel beautiful. Looks really old on the outside, but the inside was vast, clean and the room in perfect order. Overall the staff was very friendly. With one exception, when I asked to use the business office to access an email I needed to print and the women at the reception desk just waved me off to the concierge desk.”

“The room was essentially the same, very good. Great bed, comfortable chair and ottoman, (which I greatly appreciate.) Towels and bed linens top quality and spotless. Airport pickup prompt and friendly. Couldn't be more pleased.”

• Conveniently located near the airport, quiet atmosphere, clean and newly equipped fitness center.
• Front desk clerk was short, but still helpful nonetheless, the room was at the very end of the hall, long walking distance from elevator.

“Great quality hotel. Good room, soft bed, complimentary bathrobe. Pleasant stay. Shuttle service made getting to and from very easy.”

• Beautiful lobby, down pillows & comforter, very clean, nice employees.

“Very beautiful lobby. Room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were really comfortable with down pillows & comforters. Amenities are what you expect from most hotels. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and although it's rated a 3 star it felt more like a 4 star to me. Our room faced a very busy highway but because of double pane windows I never once heard any traffic. Overall, a very nice pleasant stay.”

“The Hilton at Sea-Tac was a very nice hotel and my over all experience was a good one. However, considering I was there for 9 nights, the TV channel selection was very limited and the cost of internet in the room was $9.95 per day. Many lower scale hotels in the area offered free Wi-Fi. These were my only 2 complaints about the hotel.”

• Torn bed sheets, un clean room upon check in.

“The sheets had not been changed when I checked in. Quite foul smelling. The next day the "new" sheets were torn and ragged. They charge 20 dollars a day for parking!”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• I was treated like a 2nd class citizen by the front desk staff.

“When I arrived, the staff person that checked me in did not seem to want to be there. She barely spoke to me and handed me my keys. When I asked for a smoking room, she acted like I asked her to move a mountain. She gave me a room it wasn't smoking. They hide the outrageous charges for parking of $18 a day and sure they have internet for an additional 9.95 per 24 hours. For this type of hotel you would expect more. Got to the room and the room was nice but the grate for the heating was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The A/C they say is in every room is actually central so you have to ask them to turn it down. One time we asked and the front desk girl told us to open our back door to cool it down. Are you kidding me? I have to open my back door when it is raining/snowing because she doesn't want to ask maintenance to turn down the heat? It was 80 degrees in the room! The maintenance staff was very nice. I don't know if I got this treatment because. I felt like a 2nd class citizen in an upscale hotel. I would not recommend this Hilton based on my experience. The room was huge and beds were incredibly comfortable, but some of the staff should be working at Motel 6, not the Hilton.”

• I loved the beds and how fluffy everything was, and the Jacuzzi was awesome!
• Under beds was not cleaned found empty boxes from drinks.

“If you want to get away for a night or two, the Hilton is close to one of my favorite restaurants (the 13 coins which has a jazz lounge) and is located maybe 10 min from the South center Mall. You have your privacy, pretty thick walls, get the Sunday paper, the heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi are one of the highlights. Excellent bar downstairs as well as good food!”

“The hotel layout is terrible. You have to walk a mile to your car or penalized if you use valet service by paying a few dollars more to have your car parked and if you do, the valet staff are looking for tips. Most likely, I will never stay at this Hilton again unless I arrive without a car.”

• Hot tub was very hot and is year round even though it is outdoors.
• Paid $18.00 plus tax per day to park in their lot.

“The accommodations are great. The pool area was very relaxing, and the restaurant was high class. The staff was very friendly, especially the managers in the bar/restaurant. The parking is inconvenient for accessibility to the room on one side of the hotel. The same rooms are inconvenient to get to the pool area.”

• Nice room and nice public areas.
• The parking structure was a 5 minute walk from my room and there is no free internet.

“This is a typical Hilton as far as the interior and exterior public areas. The room was nice and the lobby was very nice. I was very disappointed that internet service was not free/included. This is the primary reason I would not recommend this hotel for business travel.”
