“Great staff, really nice place. Just a bit noisy ( Traffic ).” Dec 11, 2009 by
Roger from Ketchikan,AK
“Hotel was very good. They were having trouble with access to the parking garage based on magnetic room keys. Their system didn't seem to accept new keys. Very frustrating going in and out of parking lot.” Dec 10, 2009 by
George from Chico,CA
“The staff actually saved me money. Because of their proximity to the airport they suggested that I turn my rental car in a day early and not pay for their valet parking. They then booked me on the shuttle to the airport for the morning. Even called the room 1/2 hour before shuttle time to remind/wake me. Just a wonderful staff and the Steakhouse in the hotel was almost perfect!” Dec 8, 2009 by
Jason from Surrey,Canada
“The hotel itself was very nice, the facilities were all excellent including the room and beds. However the layout of the hotel was odd, we had to walk all the way around the entire building to get to our room, the next day I figured out that you could walk outside to cut off the long walk. Also the parkade was located at the back of the hotel, and you had to walk outside, through long hallways, past meeting areas to get to the lobby. Given that they charged us so much for parking, you would think in this situation that the Hilton would valet park your car.” Dec 4, 2009 by
Diana from Crowley,TX
“It was excellent.” Nov 23, 2009 by
Sarah from Meridian,ID

“The best hotel in the airport area.” Oct 20, 2009 by
Mary from Thunder Bay,Canada
“Perfect for an overnight stay when catching an early morning flight. Free shuttle to airport. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.” Oct 13, 2009 by

“The extra fees charged make it not as nice a stay.” Oct 12, 2009 by
Sue from Alamosa,CO
“Did not save anything after having to pay to park.” Oct 12, 2009 by
Rickene from Toledo,WA
“Very friendly, informative staff and enjoyed our short stay.” Oct 9, 2009 by
Lauren from Sitka,AK
“Pool is fabulous. The staff are very friendly.” Oct 7, 2009 by
Chris from Northampton,MA
“I thought this hotel was great, the bed was super comfortable, and the outside patio with the pool and hot tub is really nice, even the landscaping is extra nice, and there is a Starbucks in the hotel, it is very close to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was that they charge you for internet and they charge a lot for parking - both self-park and valet.” Oct 4, 2009 by
Rob from Happy Valley,OR
“This hotel I had stayed at a few times before. It is very dated, as are most Hilton's. I then, the next night, stayed in Portland. I was put in the Benson hotel. Very dated and not happy with that stay either. Would never stay at either hotel again regardless of price.” Sep 30, 2009 by
D in TN from Shelbyville,TN
“Okay, and certainly adequate, just not great. Maybe the room I had just had not been updated lately.” Sep 29, 2009 by
Norton from Juneau,AK
“This hotel appeared to be great when we first arrived. The valet was nice, as was the clerk at the front desk. However, we were given the wrong room, and keys that wouldn't open the door after walking to the opposite end of the campus. I left to get the key situation figured out, and in the meantime a hotel employee let the rest of my party into a room that wasn't ours. I finally got the correct room opposite end of the hotel from our original room and hauled our luggage across the campus again. The room was adequate. Not bad, but not great either. We called the front desk for a cork screw and some extra coffee. The coffee was promptly delivered, but no cork screw. Again we requested the cork screw, but instead got coffee cups. There was a bit of a language barrier. The next morning I was waiting for the valet to bring the car around and this guy helped himself to the cabinet full of keys. Between the guy who let my party into someone else's room and the guy that helped himself to the keys, I wasn't feeling too safe and will not let my mother, sister, or girlfriend stay at this hotel alone.” Sep 28, 2009 by
Callie from Los Angeles
“I was impressed when I first pulled up. I sort of expected the staff who was helping someone else with their bags to help me too. He didn't even offered. I went inside and there was a guy who checked me in. That was fine. But the lady next to me was being offered as to when she'd like to wake up, etc. The other staff was more service-oriented than mine was, I think. I got to thinking may be she was in a nicer room or something. I ignored it. I asked him how I get to my room with my bags and so on, he acted like it was nothing at all to carry 60 lb bags to my room by myself, let alone park my car. I left my bags at the entrance, went off to park my car. I went to park the car (wasn't even offered valet) and found out that it cost $20. You have no choice because there is literally no other place to park nearby. I tried parking a car lot away at the Wally valet parking for $13.95. They don't tell you they add on tax, so it comes out to $20 anyway - stick with the Hilton Garage, at least it's closer if nothing else. I spent more on parking than I did the hotel in the time I was there. That's a real drawback for the hotel, they really should make it free for people who stay there. The hotel itself is beautiful though and very spacious. Too expensive for the food but very beautiful non-the-less. The hotel room was really far dragging those bags so that was another drawback but the room was comfortable and the staff service was pretty good.” Sep 25, 2009 by
Charlie from Auke Bay,AK
“It's a great hotel. I was very pleased when I won my bid and the hotel and room quality was definitely way above what I spent for the night. The only negative things: no refrigerator, it was a street level room so a bit noisy and felt a little too exposed. But I am being very critical. Overall the room was wonderful. The hotel staff were great. They went out of their way to be friendly, pleasant and very helpful. The 24 hour shuttle was very welcome, particularly at 5:25 in the morning. The driver was very good.” Sep 22, 2009 by

“This is the second time we've stayed there. I was so happy it was the Hilton. Enjoy it very much. The only complaint is that the underground parking is very far away from the lobby & there is no outside parking anywhere. It is very inconvenient when carrying many bags.” Sep 12, 2009 by
Judy from Lakewood,CO
“We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I would use it again.” Sep 9, 2009 by

Randilynn from Spokane,WA
“A no frills place.. they immediately try to upsell you another $30.. you have to pay $20 to park your car in a lot that takes you about 5 minutes to get to from your room.” Aug 31, 2009 by
Shelby from Jacksonville,FL
“The hotel was nicer than your typical 3 star hotel. They had a Spencer's steakhouse located in the hotel. I was able to check in and print my boarding passes in the hotel lobby.” Aug 30, 2009 by
Gail from Damascus,OR
“Very clean and nice. One of the most friendly and helpful staffs I have seen.” Aug 25, 2009 by

“Great place if your in the airport range.” Aug 1, 2009 by
Suzi from East Wenatchee,WA
“The hotel was great for an overnight stay close to the airport. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The outdoor pool looked very inviting, but we didn't have time to give it a try. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. On the downside, the hotel charges $20 for parking. Also, there is no in-room safe and no free internet access. Other than that, the hotel was fine for our purposes.” Jul 26, 2009 by
Jenny from Burnaby,Canada

“I was very well-treated and very well satisfied with the Hilton. It met all my expectations for a high quality place to stay.” Jul 19, 2009 by
Adrian from Cameron,NC “Hilton class hotels, seem to cost a lot but give you less. We did get an awesome deal on priceline but you don't get breakfast, they charge you for parking etc. 2.5 stars would be my preference next time. You get free parking and breakfast.” Jul 17, 2009 by
Paula from Imperial Beach,CA
“We were stuck in the corner, noisy room, had to pay 10 for a king instead of 2 doubles, they knew I was taking my rental car back and didn't bother to tell me to take the Doubletree shuttle back so I ended up standing at the airport for an hour before, after repeatedly calling and asking where the shuttle was, an employee bothered to tell me. On the plus side, they are very close to the airport, the restaurant food looked scrumptious and the bar was great! We ate the food at the bar and it was first rate, plus our bartender made us feel right at home.” Jul 13, 2009 by
Dick from Salem,OR
“We made a mistake on the reservation for the second night. The staff tried to make things as easy as possible for us including waiving the parking fee. It was a pleasure to be at the hotel with a professional group of people like those at the Hilton.” Jul 10, 2009 by
Ed from Aiea,HI
“Staff was very nice and accommodating, upgrading to a king-sized bed in a quiet location. I was pleasantly surprised that the room was as nice as it it was. Bathroom was nice sized and had stone counter tops.” Jul 6, 2009 by
Shelly from Richland,WA
“Very nice rooms, well decorated and up to date. Very safe environment. Parking is $20/day if you self park. Parking is in a garage adjacent to hotel with easy access. Air conditioning worked well, bathrooms are up to date and overall hotel is very clean, organized and customer friendly.” Jun 24, 2009 by
Karen from Redding,CA
“The hotel was located next to the Sea-Tac Airport and we had an outside room. Noise level was minimal. Bed was a little soft for my husband who has a bad back. There was an additional charge for the internet service which is often free at lesser priced hotels.” Jun 22, 2009 by
Janet from Beaverton,OR
“This is a great Hotel and the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.” Jun 10, 2009 by
Edward from Portland,OR
“No fridge, only one bath robe, water pressure was weak, the food was over priced for what you got, $4.00 for a bottle of water, May 30, 2009 by
Ms. Hose from Wasillla, AK
“I have never stayed at a Hilton and with that chain of hotel you would assume an excellent stay. Well that is the least I had received from this hotel.”
