• It's clean, staffs very helpful and friendly, safe area.
• Nothing.

“I fully recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It's near a shopping area, with lots of restaurants, and shops. The way to the hotel is not so direct though. But, I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Better than what we expected.”

• Clean room and facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful.
• The location is not the greatest. Lots of road construction nearby and a hassle to get on freeway.

“Decent place for the price. The room was clean and comfortable and the wireless internet a definite plus.”

• I was able to leave without a problem.
• Incorporative staff.

“Poor location, poor staff, poor food, poor/dirty room and they would not print me a receipt for business expenses.”

• Location is good for SFO air travel.
• Very bad management and very poor maintenance.

“I stayed at the hotel in September 2007 as part of a park sleep & fly package, They do not have a dedicated shuttle but a contract with Yellow Cab, The manager refused to pay the driver on return from the airport and stuck me with a $30 cab fare. He was so bad. The rooms are worn and tired and the breakfast horrible. By the way same owner next door at the Quality Inn, try somewhere else nearby. Manager would not return my phone calls.”
