• Comfortable bed, felt homey, nice breakfast, nice touch to add microwave popcorn and cute popcorn bowl.
• I would rather pay more and not pay a parking fee.

“This hotel was in a nice location with a nice view of Lake Union. The suite was nice, clean, homey and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and tasted good too. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay again.”

• It was easy to get to. There is street parking available. A quick cab ride to downtown.
• People with their dogs use this hotel.

“Check in was easy. The room was clean and the kitchenette was properly equipped. The only downside was all the hotel guests that brought their dogs. I do not like dogs sniffing me in the elevator.”

• It is a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious!
• The beds were a little too soft.

“We received a 2 bedroom suite. The room was great. When our ice maker wasn't producing enough ice they sent ice up right away. We received great customer service.”

• It had it all. Free Wi-Fi, full breakfast, gym, and huge rooms.
• Parking was $19/day - ouch!

“This Residence Inn was amazing. Room had 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, etc. (it was basically an apartment). The free breakfast buffet was spectacular. Also, they had an indoor pool, which although I did not use, looked beautiful. I did use the gym, which was great as well. It was just a beautiful space, the rooms were gorgeous and huge, and the overall experience was fantastic.”

• This hotel had everything - pleasant staff, clean, and good location for me. I loved the kitchen and supplies.

• Large, comfortable rooms and a very good breakfast.
• They charge $20 per night for parking. The alternative is metered street parking.

“Great rooms (complete with bedroom, kitchen and living room areas), with flat screen TVs. Wonderful breakfast, however, the managers nightly reception was canceled with a one-night only (Wednesday) buffet substituted.”

• The hotel is roomy, clean, and pleasant.
• Parking at the hotel is expensive. Street parking is limited.

• The hotel offers beautiful view of Lake Union.
• Paid parking of $20 per night.

“Good location, near downtown Seattle. Lots of high end restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are friendly and room tastefully decorated. Free hot buffet breakfast is definitely a plus. Pet friendly, a hotel that I'll keep in mind the next time I travel with my pets. My only thumb down is the fact that the hotel charged a parking fee of $20 a night. I would expect that in a downtown hotel.”

• Bathroom door and poor internet connection.

“Great place for a family visiting Seattle. Although it's away from the waterfront attractions the Streetcar zips you into the action in no time at all. Nice pool, fitness center and the kitchen (everything except an oven) are great amenities. The breakfast was so-so. We never made it back in time for the evening happy hour, but the Pupu menu from the neighboring restaurants looked great.”

• Large sticky puddle of juice at breakfast buffet left on floor for over half hour. Flippant bus boy wouldn't clean it up.

• Hotel was absolutely awesome! Newly refurbished rooms were gorgeous! Nice complementary breakfast. Not one negative thing to say about this stay.

“Hotel stay was wonderful. Newly refurbished rooms were gorgeous with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Complimentary breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles with fruit and whipped cream, cereals, pastries, pancakes, etc. Starbucks coffee & tea available in lobby 24 hrs, cookies in the evenings. Computer set up at front desk specifically for guest to print airline boarding passes, in addition to the complimentary business center. This hotel is such a value as it is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and offers so many complimentary features.”

• We had a problem with the wake up call starting on the 1/2 hr starting at 4am but the staff gave us free parking.

• Exercise machines were not great, beds are too plush.

“Located in a convenient downtown site, this was a pleasant, friendly, and comfortable suite. It had great amenities and was inexpensive for all I received. The suites are quite comfortable, with 2 flat panel televisions and a great little kitchen. This would be especially good for an extended stay. Within walking distance of great eating and tourist sites.”

“A home away from home with full refrigerator, cook top, attractive furniture, and helpful staff. Catch the Lake Union streetcar in front for a fifteen minute ride Downtown. Nice Lake Union location across the street from restaurants and bike/walking paths.”

“Part of the hotel was cordoned off for renovations, making me think that the wing I was in was newly refurbished. The hotel has done a very good job with the renovation. My suite was very attractive in all respects, including a well equipped kitchenette. The included breakfast was excellent with many choices. All in all a very good experience.”

• This is like being in a one bedroom with a kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Great for families.
• The only drawback was the smell of construction dust that drifted from the 2nd/3rd floor (we were on the 5th).

“Excellent rooms. Nicely decorated, the kitchens are updated and come with pans, dishes, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cupboards. They also have one Hi-Def LCD TV in the living room and one bedroom (great if you have kids, and you want to watch something more adult). The sofa folds out into a bed for kid's), and you get a great king bed. Only negative: the construction dust could be smelt as we came in the room. Once I turned the heater on (it was during a cold spell in March), the smell eventually disappeared.”

“I loved the size of the room and how it was outfitted. The location was great for major downtown attractions. I was appalled that not only are you paying "extra" for the convenience of being downtown, but that you had to pay for parking, in fact it was the most expensive parking of any place I saw. I see that as a gouge and a double charge. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Bed had huge cushion top which was already worn despite being almost brand new. Still OK for us, but already somewhat uncomfortable as you roll to the depressions and I suspect they will only get worse.”

• It is so close to where our daughter lives and a happy place to stay.
• Not the hotels excuse, however since we stayed there last, the city has now installed parking meters on the street. Bummer.

• The Breakfast was wonderful. It offered a wide assortment of items all very good.
• The bathrooms were a bit small.

“The room was newly remodeled nicely and comfortable. I was surprised the bathrooms didn't get the same remodel as the rest. they were a bit small. The hotel is down the street from a cancer hospital so they cater to the families. The breakfast was the best of any hotel with waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, donuts, muffins etc. Location was important for us and it was only a couple blocks from Seattle Center. Overall this was a great choice for us. We will be back.”

• Extra fee for parking added to bill.

“The hotel was being remodeled but remained quiet, since our stay was on the weekend, construction was not being done during our stay. Our room had been remodeled and was very nice. The breakfast was great. However the fee for parking was disappointing, especially since the parking spaces were very limited and small stalls made parking a larger vehicle challenging.”

• For the price I paid for the room, this might be the best deal I have made in my life.
• I could not stay longer.

“This is perhaps the best room money wise I have ever had. First thing I did upon seeing the room was calling my wife to brag. I feel guilty staying in such a nice room for so little.”

• Extra for parking. In-room bathroom access odd. No in hotel lounge.

“Quality facility in a good location. Trolley to Westlake shopping very convenient. Comfy bed. Good selection for continental breakfast. Pool a bit small but the hot tub and sauna good sized. The service was o.k.; some difficulty accepting cash for parking fee and at check out had been charged on card too. Have already recommended to several family and friends.”
