“The hotel was nice. The bed was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. We were put across the hall from the service door, so we heard that door slam through all hours of the night. Our neighbors were very noisy but by that time, my 2-year-old was in bed and all our stuff was strewn about and we were not going to move, even if offered. The room service was good and we were given 50% discount for our poor night's sleep.” Nov 26, 2009 by
Shelley from West Vancouver,Canada
“Excellent central location in downtown Seattle. A block away from all the major department stores and retail stores.” Nov 25, 2009 by
Victoria from Lahaina,HI
“The Westin Seattle downtown was a great experience for myself and my mother. We were in town for doctor's appointments and wanted a nice hotel, near all the major activities, attractions, and hospitals. The Westin fit the bill perfectly! Everything was within a 10 minute walk from the lobby. Great shopping, dining, and local attractions. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the weekday staff. The weekend staff was OK, but missing that little extra polish that made the weekday staff shine.” Nov 25, 2009 by
Christine from Bellingham,WA
“Overall a great hotel. The room was comfortable. View was nice. Great location for walking to all my favorite downtown department stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.” Nov 25, 2009 by
P from Surrey,Canada
“The showers and beds are incredible. The bed is especially comfortable. We had a nice view of the space needle from the 36th floor in the north tower. If you are looking for top notch food for a reasonable price, you should head downstairs and go to the cold water restaurant that is in the hotel. The scallops I had were huge, cooked perfectly and were absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only downside was that the pool was really really cold and it was constantly filled with kids.” Nov 24, 2009 by
Jim from Shoreline,WA
“When checking in I casually mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and the front desk person upgraded our room to an upper floor room with with a killer view of the water. One of the best rooms we have ever had.” Nov 20, 2009 by
Alexis from Beaverton,OR
“The staff was friendly but the room smelled and the bathroom fan did not work in the bathroom which made things worse.” Nov 18, 2009 by
Corey from Eugene,OR
“The location was fantastic. My family and I (wife and kids aged 13 and 7)easily walked from the hotel to the space needle, Pikes Place market, Underground Tour, and other downtown sites. Our room was on the 39th floor with incredible views of downtown and the water. We loved our stay and best of all the price we got from Priceline.” Nov 18, 2009 by
Jason from Houston,TX
“Fantastic hotel. Great service, but parking is a bit expensive. Leave the car at the airport as you can take the train for $2.50 takes a little longer, but a much cheaper. You can walk anywhere you want to go in downtown seattle from this location.” Nov 17, 2009 by
Nan from Richmond,VA
“Great location - easy walking distance to attractions and transportation to get anywhere.” Oct 29, 2009 by
Priscilla from Tucker,GA
“I thought the hotel was great. The bar staff was very helpful and made excellent drinks.” Oct 22, 2009 by

Amy from Port Orchard,WA

Inez from Bellevue,WA
“Staff was very accommodating, facilities were very comfortable and the view is outstanding.” Oct 19, 2009 by
Nathan from Portland,OR
“Great city views, spacious hotel rooms, and very good location. Only negative was that my wife and I had some trouble several times getting a hold of the front desk staff. That was a little frustrating.” Oct 18, 2009 by
Sue from San Jose,CA
“The hotel had a Green choice where you received a $5.00 coupon instead of any room service each day. We thought that was a great Green idea. Also the low flow toilets were good. Because we opted for the green we did miss the Starbucks make-in room coffee in the am. The breakfast we had in the coffee shop wasn't very good.” Oct 17, 2009 by
Elyse from Victoria,Canada
“Check-in and out was very efficient, staff was very professional and friendly. Ideally situated for the port and downtown area of Seattle and the hotel's bar staff very friendly as were all the staff we met. Room very comfortable and spacious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.” Oct 14, 2009 by
Sara from Rohnert Park,CA
“Staff was very helpful, and the lobby was very nice. While this Westin was in predominantly good shape, the hallways could use some updating (paint, carpet, etc). Also, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible.” Oct 14, 2009 by
Andrew from Vancouver,Canada
“The Wes tin Seattle was older and showed its age. Was kept up fairly nicely but could use a renovation. It wasn't what I expected from a Westin.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Jill from Waipahu,HI
“I loved this hotel for its location, price, and service. The staff was very welcoming and they let us check in to our room well before the check in time. I would definitely want to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Seattle.” Oct 11, 2009 by
Jeff from Chattanooga,TN
“If you should need anything - limo, flowers, restaurant reservations, directions or what ever ask for Charlotte at the concierge desk. This lady took care of everything with out a concern or question which made our visit IDEAL.” Oct 6, 2009 by
Virginia from Montgomery,AL
“Very much in keeping with Westin standards. Excellent facility and shopping, restaurants nearby as you are in downtown area.” Oct 1, 2009 by
Patrick from Sechelt,Canada
“Great location, very comfortable beds.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Matthew from San Diego,CA “Nice overall, very comfy bed, large room, clean, and a accomodating staff...but not on the high side of four to five star establishments. I'd expect a few better amenities...maybe I have high standards?” Sep 24, 2009 by
Craig from West Hollywood,CA
“Hotel needs updating. Westin beds make up for the lack of other amenities at this hotel.” Sep 22, 2009 by
Jennifer from Everson,WA
“I loved my experience in this hotel and will look forward to staying there in the future.” Sep 21, 2009 by
Nancy from Homer Glen,IL
“Very clean, upscale, wish the sink was outside the toilet area. Nice view, helpful staff. Would go again.” Sep 20, 2009 by
Gail from Surrey,Canada
“Great location, friendly helpful staff. Not as nice inside as the Sheraton.” Sep 19, 2009 by
Nat from Delta,Canada
“This hotel was very clean and centrally located. We drove to the restaurant and were met by a valet who mentioned an additional secure parking location, located via skywalk next to the hotel that would cost half the price. All of the staff who we met with were very pleasant to deal with. We look forward to staying in this hotel again.” Sep 19, 2009 by
Denise from Portland,OR
“Check in was easy and fast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially the valets out front. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Fresh apples on each floor was a good touch.” Sep 16, 2009 by
Pat from Portland,OR
“Overall a very nice place to stay. The room furnishings were very nice and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. We asked for a west facing room for the sunset and they accommodated us immediately. The view was fantastic. They provided good coffee and wine glasses. The only problem was that the room smelled. Like body odor and it stayed that way so that was a problem. We were in the north tower and I wonder if the sound tower might be a bit more updated. Also there was a ten dollar fee for internet access.” Sep 15, 2009 by
Audrey from Houston,TX
“The beds were comfortable, bath was new and dual head showers great. Concierge staff, when on duty were tremendously helpful with dinner reservations & car pick up recommendations. The different views from the rooms were all great. The hotel also provided a joggers map.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Star from Pullman,WA
“The hotel's location is excellent. Its close to excellent restaurants and downtown. We had a stellar view of Alkai Point and Elliot Bay. This hotel is everything that I like when I travel. Beds and pillows are dreamy.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Deb from Suwanee,GA
“Great hotel. Awesome views.” Sep 9, 2009 by
Dave from Crowley,LA
“Nice hotel close to attractions and across the street from the monorail.” Sep 8, 2009 by
Barb from Surrey,Canada
“Good for business traveler. Close to all the downtown action.” Sep 5, 2009 by
David from Surrey,Canada
“Good value for what we paid. The first room we were given smelled of smoke and was not well-located. Front-desk immediately moved us to an excellent room, no problem.Beds were very comfortable. I would be disappointed if I paid anything close to rack rate.” Sep 4, 2009 by
William from Lexington,KY “Friendly staff. Very good in value. A top hotel” Aug 31, 2009 by
Mary from Helena,MT
“The Seattle Westin is located within walking distance of about everything any tourist would want to see in downtown Seattle. The ambiance inside the hotel is as good as it gets. Even with the bustle of a very busy hotel, the lobbies were peaceful places. Everyone we met while in Seattle, as especially reflected by the Westin staff, were extremely courteous, helpful, and mindful of how lost the traveler can be (for example, not seeing the monorail when it is right behind you). Would recommend it and Priceline to everyone!” Aug 31, 2009 by
Shawna from Dallas,TX
“The location of this hotel was great, however it did not live up to what I've come to expect from a Westin Hotel. The room was very dated, the carpet was fraying, and the couch had multiple stains on it. Parking was rather expensive as well.” Aug 30, 2009 by
Justin from Spokane Valley,WA
“Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. But Aug 30, 2009 by
Pam from Tumwater,WA
“Our stay was a bargain, traveler's dream come true. We were given a huge room on the 41st floor of the north tower with giant windows overlooking the skyline and Puget Sound. The room had a wet bar and living room and dining table, plus a Murphy bed and sofa bed. We used our entertainment book to eat for half price in the hotel's restaurant. The cold water bar and grill, enjoying scrumptious paella. The only drawback to the whole thing was the reason we were there: surgery at Virginia Mason Hospital at 6 am. the next morning.” Aug 30, 2009 by
Jennifer from Russellville,AR
“The beds and linens were very comfortable and the room decor was so peaceful and inviting.” Aug 29, 2009 by
Edmundo from Seattle,WA
“The Westin in Seattle does not deserve four stars. I shall enumerate: paper-thin walls (how true this was I found out the following morning; additional charge for in-room wi-fi; dirty bath tub; and, broken iron (for which I waited 20 minutes to have replaced), & when I plugged it in I nearly pushed through the electrical socket & into the corridor. The restaurant bartender and other staff were phenomenal.” Aug 28, 2009 by
Shawn Cruickshank from Jacksonville,FL
“Great place. Expensive but high quality. Friendly staff. Great location. No free internet in the rooms - boo hiss.” Aug 28, 2009 by
Erik from Westminster,MD
“Good location near the space needle. The hotel was built in the 1970's or so but has recently been updated. Not an extremely luxurious hotel, but nonetheless upscale with good amenities. The two hotel towers are tall and it is possible to get a room with a great view.” Aug 28, 2009 by
Paul from Peekskill,NY
“Nice hotel, great location. Rooms are nicely appointed. Only sore point: Connecting doors to other rooms allow huge amount of noise especially screaming kids. Room doors also should be more sound proof, so one doesn't hear drunken people singing at 3 am.Stay away from rooms close to elevators or rooms with connecting doors, unless you don't mind noise and screaming kids.” Aug 27, 2009 by
Andy from Starbuck,MN
“Great location. Concierge was very friendly and knowledgeable - great information. Fast elevators. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Nice, big windows.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Bruce from San Francisco,CA
“Great deal. Would not pay list price for this hotel. Needs to be updated.” Aug 24, 2009 by
Vicki from Hemet,CA
“The West in had comfortable rooms, very nice, clean hotel. The restaurant served great food.”
