• We didn't have any problems after check-in.
• Location and facilities - there are none.

“Didn't look as bad during the day time but when we arrived at night, the area looked seedy. The miniscule lobby, old elevator, and parking under the hotel increased that impression.”

• It was close to the hospital.
• Right next to the freeway. Noisy.

“It was convenient to stay here while being an out-patient at the hospital. Easy on and off the freeway and close to the hospital.”

• Oasis on the busy San Francisco Airport corridor.
• A bit difficult to find the first time.

“Our family has used Oyster Point's "Park N Fly" many, many times over the last 10 years. We have always been greeted by a warm, efficient staff, been given a lovely room overlooking the marina and been shuttled the next morning to our airline. The rooms have always been clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a bit difficult to find, but worth the trouble. You would never realize you are a few minutes away from the busy San Francisco Airport corridor. It is a great way to start a vacation and we have frequently recommended Oyster Point to friends. We think it is a real gem.”

• Did not honor the request for a non-smoking room.

“I requested a non-smoking room for entire stay and when we arrived they placed us in a smoking room that smelled extremely bad from cigarette smoke. I asked to be moved into a non-smoking room like we reserved and the clerk won't move us due to availability. He stated that because we reserved it on line that we were bumped out. This should be clearly stated when registering on line through your company.”

• Nothing, horrible, will not ever go again.
• Smelled horrible and the rooms were even worse.

“Not recommended, rooms very small, both rooms smelled horrible of BO. Stains on bedding, ceiling, and floor.”

“Hotel quite adequate but the parking difficult. Staff not overly concerned that the room was not as promised upon arrival ("fixed next day or immediately).”
