“Bad stay. Specifically asked for room away from freeway sound, but provided me a room right next to freeway.” Nov 20, 2008 by
Caitlin from Jackson Heights,NY
“The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way on several occasions to help us with special requests. Shuttle service to the airport was every 20 minutes and also convenient, though it would have been nice to add stops to nearby restaurants as well. The view of the bay was gorgeous in the morning. Rooms were large and comfortable, and the kitchen was convenient for a longer stay. Overall, a great experience.” Sep 8, 2008 by
Jennifer from Lompoc, CA
“Very clean, quiet, and affordable. I will definitely go back.” Sep 7, 2008 by

“This was the best overall value of any hotel we have ever stayed in. People friendly, clean and free breakfasts, Barbecue on Wedding night and use of their computer and internet.” Jun 24, 2008 by
Susan
“I found this hotel for the best value in my past travels. Free parking, free or included breakfast, very nice and accommodating staff, and even free use of one slow but free computer. 24 hr laundry room with built in washing powder. Very clean rooms. If the close proximity of the freeway doesn't bother you it is a great place to be.” May 15, 2008 by
Kharma from Fresno, CA
“The hotel, staff, superb (free) continental breakfast, guest laundry, location, view of the bay, and our room were fantastic.” May 9, 2008 by
Brian from Ukiah, CA
“Good Marriott standard room, free breakfast and wired internet (remember to bring your long cable).” Apr 15, 2008 by
Mary from Nipomo, CA
“Absolutely wonderful location, amenities and super friendly staff. We were one of many families staying to go to San Francisco State open house for freshman, and all parents agreed that our children would do far better living here. Only 7.5 miles from campus but it took us 1 hour to get there on public transportation.” Dec 17, 2007 by
Ryan from Minneapolis, MN
“This hotel provides great comfort and good location to the airport, city, et al. I recommend this hotel for the casual business traveler to the family vacationing in California. It is a great stay with many amenities that suit the customer well. The waterfront views are amazing and the money is well spent here.” Nov 6, 2007 by
Marie from Atascadero, CA
“Lovely, convenient location and good breakfast. More like a 3 4 star than 2. 5 star!” Oct 24, 2007 by
Myron from Pembroke Pines, FL
“Would definitely stay here again. Good location for someone with car breakfast and evening snack, nice option, staff very accommodating.” Oct 15, 2007 by
Karl from Fairfield, CA
“Very nice stay. Clean, the room was more of a suite, which was impressive for the price. Would be interested in staying at this hotel regularly if I had any control over it, but unfortunately I choose "Name your price" regularly. If I could get that rate, I would stay there every Tuesday/Thursday, since I am in hotels those days.” Oct 12, 2007 by
Liz from Gig Harbor, WA
“We came for the birth of our first grandson. We wanted a location near our daughter and her husband in so San Francisco. This hotel was the perfect location. The grounds were stunning, and there was a lovely walking path around the bay. The Inn was quiet, clean and friendly with travelers from all over enjoying morning breakfast together in a well staffed, comfortable and gracious dining room complete with TVs and computer. No problem sharing the computer which was readily available with high speed internet with a printer for mapping day trips and internet surfing. The food was always fresh, hot and plentiful. We found the room itself to be very home like, with decor and cleanliness to be a top concern and well taken care of. My husband had to telecommute daily and the internet in our room functioned perfectly all the time and at very high speed connections. This is a non smoking hotel, a real plus for fresh air breathing people. The halls were clean spacious and quiet. This was a best experience I could have hoped for and at a price that was well within the hotel star category, but the hotel far exceeded the stars it given. Parking was plentiful and access to and from was convenient to all freeways and to San Francisco, Pacifica and San Jose.” Sep 19, 2007 by
Sashi from Bartlett, IL
“Great hotel; great staff; would love to stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Staff was especially helpful in arranging our San Francisco tours.” Sep 14, 2007 by
Melody from Riverton, IL
“The hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location was beautiful, rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was a great buffet and they also serve dinner in the evenings during the week. They don't have vending, but they do have "the market" where you can buy items such as food, drinks, snacks, etc. For your room. There is also a walkway that is right behind the hotel that goes around the bay. Room was great, bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The shuttle service runs every half hour to the airport and that was helpful, too. I have nothing but good things to say about this residence inn and would definitely recommend it to anyone!” Sep 7, 2007 by
Kathlyrn from Flint, MI
“For the price and cleanliness I would recommend this hotel.” Aug 24, 2007 by

“This hotel is wonderful. I plan on staying here whenever I make a trip to the Bay Area.” Aug 15, 2007 by
Paul from Pittsburgh, PA
“This is simply the best room I have ever stayed at. The room had any and every amenity I could ever have used or wanted, and the attention to detail was incredible: the kitchen was perfectly furnished, and there was even an extra pillow in the closet. The only thing that could have made this room a 10 instead of a 9 would be perhaps a luxury bathtub, a Jacuzzi or something, and the fact that I have had hotel beds that were slightly more luxurious. Otherwise, this is perfection. The kitchen was great, clean, and well-equipped. The layout was wonderful, with a really nice sitting area. The furniture and decorations were refreshing and stylish, far better than the stock hotel-room feel. It was a nice place to hang out, not just to sleep in. The common areas could have been a little better equipped. A room this nice would be well supplemented by the availability of a hotel restaurant with expanded hours or a bar downstairs. This is wishing a bit much though for something located in a business/industrial area. Speaking of which, the location was great. Easy to get into and out of, very convenient to a useful major highway, and adequate free parking. You trade a lot going to a hotel downtown. The convenience of staying in south San Francisco paid off immensely, as it was a mere 10-minute drive to most destinations in town from the hotel. And not being stuck paying large valet or garage prices was great.” Aug 5, 2007 by

“It was very nice and super clean. The food was really good, and the staff was awesome. Jul 23, 2007 by
Meredith from Foster City, CA
“This hotel far exceeded my expectations, it was stylish, well kept, and had everything except an oven! The bedroom was a completely separate room and there were TVs in each room. Honestly, the initial check in guy didn't say a singly word to us, but the other people we spoke with all well made up for his shortness. The room was perfect and the free food morning and evening was awesome.” Jul 19, 2007 by
Elisa from Van Nuys, CA
“Pros: clean hotel, rooms have modern style decor and fairly comfortable bed/pillows, good for the price. Cons: hotel is fairly hidden, located behind another hotel so you have to drive through their parking lot to get to it, I was not given the opportunity to select the type of room I wanted at check-in; they said my arrangement was specifically for a studio room with a sofa bed, and there were no vending machines or ice makers on any of the floors.” Jun 30, 2007 by
Jerry from Foster City, CA
“This hotel should at the least be 4 pts!! It is way better than the 4 and 5 other hotels that I've stayed in!” Jun 19, 2007 by
Marchel from San Jose, CA
“The staff was friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to make our stay special.” Jun 18, 2007 by

“Great place and price for my business travel. If I could stay here for the same price every time, I would definitely do it. Hands down.” May 22, 2007 by

“I was impressed by this hotel. It caters to the business traveler and worked out great for my family. They have the most comfortable beds I have ever found in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a delight. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Hope to stay there next time that I am in SFO. ” Apr 9, 2007 by
Claire from Arroyo Grande, CA
“Great room, great outdoor facilities and great view of the Bay.” Mar 14, 2007 by
Debbie from Arroyo Grande, CA
“Location was great; the view was very nice the room layout was very comfortable. Quality was moderate, carpet and counters were worn, but it looked like remodeling was in process. Staff was very helpful.” Dec 10, 2006 by
Ed from Piedmont, SC
“Good little hotel for the business traveler. Located about 5 minutes from the airport and around 10-15 minutes from downtown San Francisco. Clean with decent amenities. Very nice jogging track that goes around the bay is located directly behind the hotel. Warning there are no restaurants within walking distance from this hotel. Only options are room service (i.e. - Chinese, pizza, etc.). That was the only negative to this hotel.”
