• The nice rooms and how big they are.
• Some of the staff late night were not to good the after midnight ones.

“This is a great hotel for the weekend plus the rate on the weekend is great I would not stay during the week it would not be worth it the rooms during the week or 70 to 100 more and its just not worth all that. All so they need to stock the rooms better.”

• Someone above our both rooms was stomping on the floor all night.

• The front desk seem inexperienced and not professional

“The Larkspur Landing is a suite hotel and lives up to its promises. The decor is Arts & Crafts and has a really nice homey, comfortable feeling. The rooms are well planned and even the plates and utensils were just like home. They make a big deal of their welcome basket on their website, but it's really just a few energy bars and a microwave popcorn added in a basket of coffee condiments one usually see at other hotels. What they don't mention, however, are surprising. They have a healthy breakfast served daily, with bagels, muffins, fruits, even eggs and cheese for low carb diets. They have fresh cookies at the front desk, DVD player in the rooms, movies to borrow at front desk, free high speed internet in rooms, free laundry and spa. ”

• The staff was extremely pleasant!
• We got locked outside when using the spa.

“I would stay at the Larkspur Landing again, most definitely. The room was excellent and filled with thoughtful details. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. All in all it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay! It made my trip to the Bay Area a memorable one!”

“This hotel is fantastic, it has lots of amenities. I love that it has a workstation in the room and also a small kitchenette. I love that they give you a variety of pillows to choose from. It's an overall great hotel for the price we paid.”

• The hotel will not provide two double beds, when you have children unless you pay an additional $20.00

“Nice hotel, clean rooms, bath had double sinks (great), breakfast was simple (no meat). One negative issue hotel will not make accommodation for children, unless you pay more to upgrade the room. ($20.00 more for double beds)”

“The Larkspur Landing is a 2 1/2* hotel that is better than many 3* hotels. The hotel mainly caters to business travelers. The hotel and rooms are very nicely decorated and the wife appreciated the high quality toiletries. In addition, the business center offered free internet and there is a free continental breakfast.”

• I was a wonderful hotel. I simply ran into a toxic experience due so the guest in the room above me.
• The staff was a bit .... arrogant ... unduly deserved arrogance.

“An absolutely beautiful hotel full of amenities for a location in its price category. The only small downturn is the fact that their staff needs to be better trained in handling problems in diplomatic ways. (They could use some diversity training too...)”

“This hotel offers a home like setting. Stove, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher and real coffee. Even a bag of microwave popcorn, on the house. This room was very clean and the bed was the best.I highly, highly recommend.”

• No charge for parking. Great room!! Internet access in the business center.
• No restaurants nearby, you'd need to drive to get to any.

• Had to pay extra for 2 beds (No option for 2 beds without paying $$$)

“The hotel was great. I did have to pay a $30 a day upgrade fee to get a room with a King bed and a sofa bed. Wasn't thrilled about the fee for upgrading the room but other than that the hotel is first rate!”

• Everything was namebrands like soaps & food. Bed comforter & pillows were expensive.
• The only bad thing was that the ice machine was on the ground floor.

“The hotel experience was freakin awesome. Workers were friendly & knowledgable about area and even the traffic situations. The room was spacious with a kitchen, conference table, big bed with comfortable comforter & pillows. The room looked as though it was all brand new. I even love the complimentary stuff like internet usage with color print outs, breakfast which they only have brand name stuff (Starbucks & Tropicana), washing machine, U.S.A Today newspaper, Bath & Body soaps & shampoo, & Starbucks coffee in your room.”

• The amenities were plentiful and the bed was extremely comfortable.
• Hotel was in the middle of an office park.

“This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in. This beats many of the 3 and 4 star hotels that I have stayed in the past. The place had a complimentary business center as well as complimentary in-room wired internet access. The room was very clean and had Bath&Bodyworks amentities. The 4 feather pillows, the quilted down comforters, the 310 thread 60cotton/40poly sheets, the mattress pad was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have ever slept in.”

• I had to pay a seperate convenience fee.

“I had not previously heard of the hotel, but it was comperable to a similar hotel that I have stayed at. What made this hotel better was the complimentary services such as movie/book rental, laundry room, breakfast, cookies/apples at the front desk. My husband said that it was the most comfortable bed, at a hotel, that he has slept in.”

“All staff were so friendly and kind. I have traveled a lot in Europe, but I was usually disappointed in the hotels. During this traveling, I didn't expect the hotel would be too good. However, my family and I were so satisfied with the hotel. I would surely like to stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you again.”

“The bath amenities were herbal cucumber soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The longer bathtub was just what I needed for a relaxing soak. Downstairs in the lounge is a complimentary heart healthy breakfast buffet and a wonderful fireplace to take the chill off of the damp San Francisco mornings. Each room has a complimentary gift basket with snacks, coffee and tea. This was the most relaxing place I have ever stayed.”
