“The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I were here for business, but for vacation I would choose something closer to all of the attractions.” Jun 15, 2005 by
James from Moreno Valley, CA
“We really liked the Hilton Garden Inn. However, we just had a small problem getting there. They shut their shuttle services down at midnight so you have to make sure you are out of the city by 11 so you will make the last shuttle because it takes an hour to get there from BART. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.” May 3, 2005 by
Nikolaos from Bergenfield, NJ
“I had to pay for additional taxes when I checked outt. The response I got was unsatisfactory.” Mar 22, 2005 by
Judy from Houston, TX
“I love the location and the price for the hotel, the manager turned me away after I had arrived very late, which I explained that I have been driving for over 10 hours. She was very rude about giving me the room even though I had already paid for it.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Feb 13, 2005 by

“Our stay at the Hilton exceeded our expectation.” Feb 13, 2005 by
Sherry from Sacramento, CA
“After staying in this hotel for 3 weeks, we finally came to an understanding about my being disturbed as I was sleeping at night. Not my favorite place to stay any time in the future.” Jan 29, 2005 by
Sherry from Sacramento, CA “Too uppity for my taste also, i asked that i not be disturbed as i was sleeping during the day Jan 11, 2005 by

“I would like to come back and stay longer if the opportunity arises.” Dec 26, 2004 by
William T. from Los Angeles “The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. But the only problem that we encountered was that the curtain couldn't be totally closed.” Dec 22, 2004 by
Lee C. from Roseville “Great location. Room was comfortable as is their lobby. In the lobby they have available for their guests apples in morning and cookies in the evening.” Dec 22, 2004 by
Peter A. from Redding “Very quiet hotel with great access to San Francisco.” Dec 15, 2004 by
Steven R. from Sacramento “The hotel was a very nice quality hotel located in just the area I anticipated. However, the hotel staff was unaware of services in the area, entered the room without knocking and was not helpful. When they were reminded of the importance of guest privacy they indicated that they did not have control of their maintenace staff!! Until they resolve this issue I would not stay in this hotel again!” Dec 8, 2004 by
John T. from San Francisco “The room was clean, well-appointed and quiet, other than the sound of slamming doors down the hallway. I was delighted with free parking. The fitness center was simply a few cardio machines. The restaurant was OK, with spotty service. For the price, it was a great bargain. The room cost less than some downtown hotels ask for parking alone!” Dec 6, 2004 by
William S. from Scottsdale “Only network TV and HBO. Other 2.5 stars in SSF have cable.” Dec 5, 2004 by
Valerie V. from South Lake Tahoe “I was incredibly suprised by the overall quality and the courteousy of the hotel staff. The low rise "garden style" hotel made it very pleasant and quiet in such a busy side of the San Francisco Airport area. The rooms are well designed for space, comfort, convenience (microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker) and fashion (I was impressed with the bathroom lampshades!). Superb!” Dec 1, 2004 by
Don W. from Ventura “Clean, quiet, close to freeway and food.” Dec 1, 2004 by
Xueying Q. from San Diego “I am not very happy about the extra city tax that I had to pay by the time I checked out. It would be good if all the taxes were included during the reservation.” Oct 5, 2004 by
“The hotel shuttle took very long and I waited for 40 minutes at the airport in SFO. When I explained it to the front desk, they were not accommodating.” Sep 29, 2004 by
James L. from Turlock, CA “The hotel was rather new, and nicely outfitted. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would like to stay here again sometime.” Sep 28, 2004 by
Kevin T. from Norcross “I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was more like a 3 or 4 star than a 2.5 star.” Sep 24, 2004 by
Henry L. from Concord “Good, but not great.” Sep 23, 2004 by
Valerie T. from So. San Francisco “We enjoyed the HGI. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the Hotel. The fridge and microwave were a big plus, so was the free laundry. The restaurant was also good with reasonable prices, and attentive waiters. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.” Sep 22, 2004 by
Linda H. from Hayward “I was very well pleased with every aspect of my stay with the exception of making contact with housekeeping. The number on the directory for house keeping never responded to any of my calls. I had to make my request by way of the front desk operator. Most of them were friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay there again.” Sep 10, 2004 by
Victor F. from Riverside “The Hilton Garden Inn was every bit what a professional travelling could want or need. It was a most comfortable hotel, with just the right mix of concern and aloofness.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Mingyan L. from Redmond “I am very satisfied with the stay.” Sep 9, 2004 by
Douglas H. from Rio Dell “The night clerk that was on duty when we checked in did not seem to be able to perform his duties properly First, he sent us to a room with two twin beds, even though we had specified a queen, as I was staying with my wife. After I had complained about that, he did switch us to another room with a queen bed, but then he forgot to put the wake up call on the list, and I was late for the set up of the ren faire I was in town as a vendor for. Because of that, I had to carry the entire vendor booth, (about 20 trips, with very heavy stuff, up to a hundred pounds per load) from the parking area, to my booth space, and it was about 1/4 mile each way. My wife and I are both disabled, and it caused us both severe pain, and made working there very unplesant for the whole week end. I made a complaint to the hotel, and never heard back from them.also, the same clerk told my wife that she would have 24 hour access to the jaccuzzi, but when we returned from the faire Saturday, we were told it closed at 10:00, and it was 9:45pm.” Sep 4, 2004 by
Noe G. from Muskogee, OK “I got spoiled at the Larkspur Landing, so this hotel had some VERY big shoes to fill and they failed. Still a nice hotel and the price was very good. It just doesn't compare to the Larkspur Landing.” Sep 3, 2004 by
Henry L. from Concord, CA “good hotel... I loved the high-speed internet and the pantry and the services.” Hotel Representatives:
