• Absolutely wonderful staff and great breakfast!
• Didn't have any, but I'm pretty sure I would have one, had the staff taken care of it.

• The prearranged menus for food delivery to our room.
• Nothing.

“Met our needs perfectly to come in, get dinner go to bed early and provided early shuttle (5 AM) to the airport. (SFO).”

• It was very convenient to the airport (SFO) which was what I was looking for. It was quiet and the room was clean.

• Good sized room with sofa, clean, and comfortable.
• Nothing.

“I would give this hotel more than 1 star. You could give it 1.5 to 2 stars. Front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I admit. I was expecting worse for a one star and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel.”

• Easy access, parking.
• Started out in a room with no pull out bed.

“Agreeable hotel with easy access and parking. No pool. Great continental breakfast included.”

• The continental breakfast was more than just pastries. It was almost a complete breakfasts.
• There is not enough parking.

“I enjoyed this hotel and would consider going back to it in the future. In our budget, it is probably one of the nicest I have been in a long time, next trip, I will look for this hotel. And the hot-tub has late hours and is a major bonus!”

• Loved the breakfast and most staff was friendly.
• Parking was tricky, no pool.

“I took a group of kids and the staff worked hard to make sure all was well. There were some plumbing issues which made some of my students need to get moved. The only problem was the desk clerk unlocked the phone to one of my student rooms instead of my room and the student made a couple of long distance calls. No harm done.

Parking a bus was a bit tricky but we managed it. If we go to the same event next year, we will be staying there again. ”

• Beautiful building, grounds, sofa in room, continental breakfast.
• Stain on ceiling, screwed up phone messages, needed some work in bathroom.

“Generally very good. Much better than I expected for the price. Enjoyed having a sofa, micro, and fridge in room-didn't expect it. Only drawback was that they screwed up a phone message, there was a water stain on the ceiling and the bathroom wallpaper was torn and marked up. It looked like they were redecorating other rooms so that may all be taken care of now.”

• A bit difficult to find off of the highway
• Small parking lot... lots of cars!

• rooms were clean
• Parking lot was overflowing with trash-had to step over piles of trash to get to room hot tub cold no pool

“Good location but there were piles of trash outside we had to step over to get to our room. The hot tub was freezing and the staff not helpful. ”

“My stay here was marred by a labor dispute. Each morning was heralded by picketters drumming and chanting outside my window and my opinion of this hotel has been, perhaps, somewhat jaded by the experience. ”

• Maid took news papers, razor and other things not normally taken when cleaning room. Staff was not responsive.

“Less than good. Strkerson sidewalk made a lot of noise. Staff was not helpful. Breakfast was poor.”

• The strike, room smelled like mildew, bed too soft.

“We liked the location and the courtesy the hotel provided but the room smelled like mildew and we couldn't get rid of the smell. The bed was like a hammock (king sz) and had no support. We also had to ask for housekeeping to clean our room and go to the office ourselves for clean towels a couple of times. That may have had to do with the strike but we did hear the staff say they did not have enough clean sheets to supply the hotel. We did not enjoy waking up to the strikers beating barrels and screaming through a mic but that is not the hotels fault.”

• they were very accomidating when we discovered our tv didnt work
• there were several protestors outside our window keeping us awake

“Overall the hotel was the best one I have stayed at. The rooms were clean neat and we were treated to a great breakfast. I enjoyed not having to set up my own computer to access the internet. It was very nice to have the hotel provide a public access computer in the lobby. In the future it might be nice to have two since it seemed there were alot of people who enjoyed the service.”

• The problem still exsists at this hotel.
• They are not informing the customer upon checkin that picketers will be their alarm clocks

“Bad public relations. They have picketers outside their hotel everyday and yet they refuse to inform incoming lodgers of the impending wake-up disturbance they will be subjected to in the mornings. Bull horns and screaming by angry ex-housekeeping staff.”

“There is a labor dispute here, so in the mornings a group of people march around the property beating on buckets and shouting slogans, etc. I have been working nights, so this makes it more difficult to sleep. ”
