• It was clean, convenient and comfortable.
• It was in the flight path of planes leaving during the night at SF airport.

“This hotel was fantastic, we especially like the close access to the freeways for downtown. We would definitely stay again, the only drawback was the plane noise during the night. But overall it met all our expectations.”

• The quality of the room, cleanliness, and the colors chosen.
• The bathroom was disjointed, the toilet too small and awkward, and the lighting for getting ready was not enough.

• Clean, newer updated, accommodating.
• For children (or wheel chair user), height of the sink, then backsplash, frame to mirror too high!

“This was chosen for me at the last minute for my son and I as we had to extend our stay in the bay area a 2nd night. The room was large, clean and updated and the staff at the front desk was available and courteous. A two minute drive away is the Tanforan Mall with restaurants and shopping which was convenient.”

• It didn't have the typical sterile hotel feeling.
• Prices of sodas and other goods. $1.50 for a can of soda is ridiculous.

“Very close to SFO. If you don't need a car, don't rent one, because the shuttle will take you to the Bart station at SFO. My room was nice. Bed was comfy. Shower had plenty of pressure. If you want snacks/sodas, go to target on El Camino real and stock up though.”

• Close to public transportation, this was a key reason for my trip.
• Fitness room was too small, not well ventilated to sustain multiple exercisers.

• It was a step down after staying at the Residence Inn. And it was right in the take off path of the SFO airport.

“Just a note about the check off system. I really don't like the fact that if you make a mistake when registering, you absolutely can't change it no matter what. I had been staying at the Residence Inn in the same location. Love the room, the hotel and the price. I erroneously check the wrong location and ended up in the takeoff pattern of SO airport. I was unable to correct my error. Not something I was happy with last week.”

• I liked the availability of the chicken Cesar salad after my late arrival.
• The salad could have been fresher.

• I was surprised at how well I was treated.
• There are many Marriott Inns. They should be more specific to their vehicle.

“This was a nice friendly hotel that helped me to get their easily to and from the airport. The staff was very accommodating from what I saw from my own experience and how they worked at the front desk while waiting for my shuttle. They helped out suggesting the best time to take the shuttle to the airport and helping find a good restaurant to eat at.”

• Hard to find. Hotel claims to be near the airport but isn't.

“This is a great place to stay if you're flying into SFO late, or leaving early. Shuttle will take you right to the terminal. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive. Don't miss the awesome breakfast buffet, home fries to die for!”

“This is a great hotel for someone who needs to be near the airport. It was clean and nicely decorated, and had a pool. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. The room was not huge but perfectly nice. The bathroom had granite counter tops, etc.”

• Only one elevator at far end of building. Had to call hotel to get van to come to airport

• What a WONDERFUL place!!! Great location(near airport), VERY clean, beautiful grounds, GREAT indoor swim. pool & spa. I loved this place!!!
• Zero! I loved everything about the place.

“It is a beautiful, CLEAN, convenient yet quiet hotel. All the staff were very friendly. I immensely enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. There is no restaurant that serves lunch/dinner, but there are many good choices nearby. I would HIGHLY recommend this Courtyard Marriott and would stay there again myself. ”

• Very kind staff and nice clean well appointed room. Balcony, even!
• Got stuck I think in the farthest most corner of the hotel. It was like a maze.
