• They moved a refrigerator to my room, My son left his cell phone they say they will mail it to us.
• No elevator, the maid took my sons game boy.

“The people were really nice they tried to accommodate us as best they could with the fridge. Our stay was nice we really weren't in the room much the remote was broken for the TV so I had to buy one there weren't many channels to watch but still needed a remote. It was rather difficult to get our luggage upstairs with no elevator.”

• My bathroom had not been cleaned upon check in.
