• The hotel reception staff is rude and unhelpful. The room is unbelievably small and stinks like hell.
  

“Totally unfriendly and unhelpful. There are limited parking lots, so I had to surrender my car key to the reception at night. I cannot understand why the hotel management can employ this kind of people.

• Should have had two ice, vending machines-one on each end.

• Toilet seat worn, no coffee for coffee maker.

“Parking was tough, the bathroom sink had reverse hot and cold water at faucet. Otherwise the room and bed were comfortable.”

• The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly; free parking.
• The coffee with the continental breakfast was freeze - dried instant coffee that I was supposed to put in a cup of hot water.

“The Francisco Bay Inn is a well worn 60's motor lodge. The tiny rooms are dated and the amenities non-existent. The hotel is on par with a Motel 6 or Super 8. It would be a good place to park a solo traveler for a night or two. This is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a romantic spot, nor are there facilities for a business traveler. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the room was very clean and the location convenient. The parking was free.”

• Staff was very courteous and helpful/good location.
• Highest price ever for the least value room/all over the world!

• That it had parking included and it said that it had security.
• It appeared clean, then my son found a dirty diaper under the bed. A staff member came right up to take away the diaper. The bathroom was clean!

“The staff was pleasant but I would not stay at this hotel again. This really isn't a hotel but more like a motel. The motel is ok.”

• We felt safe there.
• Pillow looked like it had mildew on the bottom of it. Ironing board was rusted.

“You could park in the parking lot, but cars were blocking other cars. So, you needed to leave your keys to your car with the front desk in case someone needed to leave before you. The room was small but tidy. Its an older hotel.”

“The hotel is within a walking distance of the fishermans worf. The staff is very friendly. It is clean, and I definetely would stay there again.”

• Good location.
• Elevator broken, breakfast bad and
  room was
  small.

“The location is very good. The room was small with two beds no room to walk around. The elevator wasn't working and we where on the 3rd floor. Most of the staff did not speak English. Room was dingy.”

• The location of this hotel was excellent. It was only a few blocks from Fisherman's Wharf.
• This hotel has seen better days. It was clean but very tired looking. The breakfast was only donuts and coffee served in the reception area.

“This hotel is ideal for someone who wants a clean hotel with free parking near Fisherman's Wharf. It is not fancy and the furniture is a little warn, but it was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”
