• Elegant, classy, friendly staff, modern but comfortable.
• No pool and sauna/jacuzzi not working.

“I had a great stay and loved the artsy style of this hotel. Amazing glass sculptures. I was here for work but also had two older children with me and felt it was family friendly, however, maybe not for younger children.”

• Beautiful appointed rooms, lobby and soaps. Nice view.
• Parking in Tacoma for $15.

“Wonderful hotel, they got me an early check in and the room, bed,
TV was great. I do think that they should offer free wi-fi, that's just an upcharge that is so unwaranted these days.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Bathroom was not cleaned well.

• Modern, beautiful decor, convenient to downtown area.
• Pay to park and the wait for valet to deliver car.

“Hotel Murano is a classy hotel that I would not hestitate to stay in again. The rooms were very clean and the excitement in my grandchildren's faces and laughter let me know that I had made the right choice. I regret that I didn't order room service for them so I will definitely have to stay another time in the near future.”

• The bed was really comfortable. Very nice hotel.
• It was a little noisy from the kids on the other side.

• An excellent boutique hotel!
• Given the start level, they could use better linens on the beds.

• Having to pay for internet service.

• Debris on elevator floor for 3 days, room not made-up when I returned at 3 PM.

• The location was close to where I was going.
• All the construction on the street was inconvenient.

“The room was very clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. It is close to all sorts of things to do in Tacoma.”

• It seemed like all the staff was Asian and hard to understand there speech.

“The Sheraton Tacoma Hotel is a beacon of hospitality on the sloped streets of Tacoma. With a courteous staff and welcoming edifice we were refreshed to return to our home away from home at the end of each day. Highlights like A Renaissance Cafe, Link trolley, the Children's Museum of Tacoma, The Museum of Glass, and The Tacoma Museum of Art the Sheraton Tacoma Hotel is an excellent springboard into a community of art, culture, and wonderful locals.”

“My stay here was great. The hotel was great. The location ideal and easy to find. The only downside was getting charged ten dollars for Internet access and twelve for a day of parking at the hotel lot. At most 2.5 star places they do not charge for those items.”

• The service in the Italian restaurant.

“It is a good place to stay in downtown Tacoma. There are not that many choices. The service was slow in the Italian restaurant and the food was too heavy for my taste. We did get someone to give more details on the wine list which was helpful.”

• Good location, comfortable beds.
• Was not as nice as I expect a Sheraton Hotel to be, the check-in staff was not very hospitable.

“The location was good for my purposes, unfortunately there was a group staying there that were not very respectful to other guests and when I called I don't believe anything was done because these young adults (right next to my room) kept going in and out (loudly) until 3 am. The room was a little bit older with peeling wall paper.”

“Upon building, the Sheraton Tacoma was "the pride of Tacoma". As the only downtown hotel of any consequence, it was desirable for its location, proximity to convention facilities, and for being the nicest place in town to stay. Now there is a new Marriott in town, and until the Sheraton decides to refurbish their hotel, I will go with the Marriott.”

“I had a blast the only thing is I wish there had been a pool, but other than that it was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. The Sheraton has the best beds. I've never slept so well away from home in my life!”

“Everything about our hotel was top rate. If I had to mention any disappointments, it would be the phone rate for local calls. I believe it was set up specifically to run up the costs for people using laptops. They had an initial half hour fee followed by a fee every 15 minutes. It would have been a lot cheaper to plug in at Kinko's.”
