• Close to the mall and other amenities.
• Poor TV viewing, small TV, no pay for view and bad reception.

“We went to get away from the kids for the night, it was close and clean. It is actually housing some military personal right now. They were very friendly and quiet. We enjoyed visiting with a few of them as we were outside (smoking).”

• Clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient location.
• Bed was a little hard, TV was small.

“Great hotel for business travelers who would have to stay awhile somewhere, price for internet seems reasonable, although I didn't use it.”

• Near a mall.
• Horrible value - lousy property in every way!

“What a dump! Overpriced. No shampoo, hair dryers in rooms, smallest TV ever, bed like a board. No breakfast, no amenities of any kind. This is a great hotel for price. Worst place I've stayed and I travel all the time.”

• The freedom to cook my own food.
• Bare minimum given, everything else costs.

“This hotel room had a rock hard mattress and a microwave that smelled like burnt popcorn every time I used it. There were no perks--what you see is what you get. Laundry and vending machines were overpriced. Without my knowledge of the area, I would have been angry. I made do knowing where to purchase equivalent items with my rented car from the airport.”

• It has a refrigerator, stove and microwave.
• Parking is a pain -- you always have to walk outside usually in rain.

• I liked the kitchen in the room. I had to chaperone two High School Students for a special event.
• The walls were thin. Noisy at times. The hallway was smelly. Although it was a nonsmoking facility, people obviously smoked in their rooms.

“I was pleased to get this room for the price I paid. I was surprised that it was given a one-star rating. It exceeded the quality of what I would guess a one-star would be.”

• Location, ease of pulling in and out of parking lot.
• The bed was too hard! We had to buy a bed pad.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette was perfect and the location was perfect, away from very busy downtown, but across the street from the mall - within walking distance. This is the 2nd ESA we've stayed at and both had very hard beds and were very uncomfortable. Before the 2nd night we went and purchase a memory foam pad for the bed and it was much better.”
