• Nice, clean, close to airport.
• They were not there to pick up my husband at the airport for 90 minutes.

“Would stay again, would keep on them to be at the airport in 30 minutes and not 90 minutes. Later we found they did not have a driver so a different hotel was to pick him up.”

• The location as well as the shuttle to the airport to catch the train.
• I smoke - it's hard to stay for two nights in non-smoking also bed too soft.

“Very clean. If you like very soft mattresses, theirs would work (not us). It is noisy but all-in-all, for what I was able to obtain the room for, well worth the money. You can take their shuttle to the hotel to catch The Max (train) that goes all over Portland; so you can leave the car.”

• Comfortable bed, good parking, quiet.
• No refrigerator or coffee pot plane noise.

“If you are flying in or out of the airport this would be a good place to stay because of the easy access. We stayed on Christmas eve and day the restaurant was not open at all - we would have definitely eaten at some point.”

• Hi speed wireless business office.
• No fridge, no microwave, had to pay for breakfast.

“Overall the hotel was very good. The restaurant was good, prices fair and public areas clean and useable. Shuttle service to airport easy. I was surprised that breakfast of some kind was not included and that the rooms did not have fridges.”

• Comfy beds, nice staff, nice rooms, 10 minutes from airport.
• no ATM.

“Nice place, beds super comfy, no ATM though. I have stayed at other hotels around the PDX airport. This is one of the nicest, especially for the price.”

• The bedding was very nice, and the rooms were decorated with style.
• We were hoping to have a refrigerator and microwave.

• The new beds and linens are awesome. Great upgrades.
• You can hear people talking in normal voices in the other rooms through the walls.

• Cafe in the hotel also had meals which was very nice.
• The staff when we checked in were put and unfriendly.

“The over all experienced was nice and close to airport and the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. I would go there again.”

“The Marriott at Portland Airport was a tremendous hotel. Everything was clean and the rooms were big. I especially like the feature of the sink being outside of the bathroom. the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• Nice rooms pleasant staff and good location
• Airplane noise was loud and the TV channels were too limited

“The hotel is in a good location and the staff are pleastant and helpful. Parking and the elevators are very convienent. Being close to the airport there is plane noise.”

• Airport location too far from activity downtown to be a convienent place to stay

“Friendly staff, clean, free WiFi, free airport shuttle, too far removed from Downtown for me to stay there again. Great hotel if you just need a place to spend the night inbetween destinations.”

“We were impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We got in at 1:00 a.m. and were travel weary.They had all our paperwork ready and waiting for us and gave us help with our luggage so we could get to our room quickly and get some rest. Our room was clean, quiet and furnished comfortably.”

“The Roosevelt Hotel-Downtown Seattle was wonderful. The location was perfect for us since we took the train and walked everywhere. The front desk was very helpful in telling us about good eating and martini places to visit-our goal was seafood and a different martini everynight-we exceeded our goal!!”
