• Facial tissues ran out, I asked for them, was handed a box, it was not inserted by staff.

• This motel is clean, plain, and comfortable. Big rooms, no frills.
• The hotel is close to the airport, but it's a little tricky to find. Get directions.

“This hotel is perfect if you're coming in on a late flight or leaving early in the a.m. because it's plain, clean, and comfortable. It's not one of those fleabag places on 102nd, but it's not the Marriott, either. So if you're just looking for a room to sleep in and a shower and breakfast in the morning, this place is perfect.”

• The view of the trailer park was not the best feature, but I am being picky.

• I felt safe and it was quiet for me to work and sleep.
• Too hard to find even though close to airport.

“The stay was all that I needed for the work I had to do. I will say the rooms were quite larger than expected and I had an unexpected appointment that I had to do in my hotel room! But there was plenty of space to set up a table and extra smaller tables for me to use! I was impressed.”

• Daytime Desk clerk rude.

“Spacious room, great soap and shampoo (Bath & Body Works). Night shift clerk gave excellent customer service. Daytime shift clerk was unfriendly and rude. Didn't turn clocks back for Daylight Savings so missed our flight. Daytime clerk was extremely unsympathetic. (A little empathy would have gone a long way! lol) Overall, a great value for the money - enjoyed the hotel and amenities.”

“Nice suite with microwave and fridge--quite clean. Unpleasant odor in hallway. loved the Bath & Body Works soap and shampoo! I arrived at 2:30 am, after a red-eye flight, and left at 8, so I didn't spend a lot of time here. It suited my needs well.”

• Parking lot is very full. But it was OK.

“Small hotel located close to a good steak house and gas station. Very clean. Staff very thoughtful and friendly. Rooms perfect for a business traveler, with room to spread out. Good access to airport and I-205 from all directions.”

• Not in a good neighborhood.

“The motel was ok, but not exceptional. It was not real close to the airport and we had trouble finding it. The surrounding neighborhood was run down. Over all it met our needs and was adequate.”

• There was hot coffee available all of the time in the lobby.
• The room was very run down, with very thin, old blankets.

“Didn't seem like the standard that a Red Lion Hotel is known for. The hotel/room was very old looking and the sheets, pillows, bed, and blankets looked and felt like they were over 20 yrs old. Carpet was old, towels were thin and worn, EVERYTHING WAS OLD!”

• It is an economy hotel. Nothing plush about it.

• It was situated directly behind a gas station, and the parking lot was cramped.

“I needed a close hotel for a brief overnight at the airport and this was an ideal location for these circumstances. What the property lacked in curb appeal it more than made up for in service, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff.”

“Location was easy to find. Received double beds. Hotel was quiet and staff was friendly. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast included bagels, muffins, donuts, cereal, milk, orange juice, apple juice and fruit. Enjoyed our stay.”

• Very clean. Fast, efficient service for check in, out and shuttle service.
• It was not quiet.

“Staff, furnishings, cleanliness were fantastic. I specifically requested a quiet room and was put near the ice machine, exit door and parking lot (first floor) - pretty loud. Room was great - but I couldn't really sleep with all the noise - so I would try it again, but would want to make sure it was in a different area.”
