• Location (airport).
• No view from my room. No free amenities: even the phone.

“I opened the drapes for light, and got none. They had been overgrown with brush so the view of building 15' away was obscured.”

• Staff was amazing.

“I feel that anything I asked or needed of the staff they addressed immediately. Whether it was a ride to the airport, to switch rooms, at the restaurant or bar too. Very clean and modern rooms. Loved having access to the internet through their lobby computers and printer for the airport check in.”

• They were very helpful in almost every way.
• We did not get Honors points for staying there because of Priceline.

“The hotel was very nice and the workers were extremely helpful. We were, however, extremely disappointed that we did not get Honors points for staying there, which we understand is Priceline's policy and not theirs.”

• The pool was great, and they had poolside service.
• I wish it had complimentary breakfast, and a little bit softer of a bed.

• Good location, great food ( a real sweet young girl,great smile, helped us and brought us our drinks during breakfast), great price.
• I can't think of anything.

“We were very please with the Hotel. I have already told my whole family about the great deal we got with Priceline. The food was excellent. The location was great. Very close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport. An all around great experience.”

• The bar and restaurant were real good.
• No flat screen.

“The room was OK , it needed remodel. The TV was from 1982. Bad picture. I have stayed at a super 8 with flat screens, time to modernize. The bar was good and although overpriced the restaurant was great. I would not stay here again.”

• You could hear everything in the hallway, planes were okay, but people noise not okay

“I had trouble sleeping with the noise outside the room, there seemed to be a clanking noise in the walls, there was a leak by the tub. The entrance is grand and I expected a little more of the rooms but it wasn't there.”

• Air conditioning not cold enough, still stuffy.

“We happened to visit Portland during the record-breaking heat wave, and the air conditioning in the room was not 'fresh'. We had to buy a portable fan to keep the air circulating.”

• Nothing exceptionally bad or good in any category.
• The room appointments and noise levels in the hallways audible in your room were not to Sheraton expectations.

“A very average facility for a name like Sheraton. While serviceable and did the job, the room just didn't meet my expectations.”

• Great location, fantastic bed, and
  good room.

“Great location, next to Portland Airport. Shuttle is on demand and was fast to respond. WiFi in the room simply worked without any hassle. Fitness room was very good. Lots of options including free weights. Didn't try the swimming pool or hot tub, but they looked very good too.”

• Lobby relaxing and each evening 5:00 pm waas wine tasting, yum, yum.
• Mailbox- when I mailed letters in morning- filled to brim- was concerned that my letters would not be properly mailed---sounds strange- but true!

“Accommodations, pleasant and European feel i.e., comfy, relaxed yet chic. Food and staff very good, unusual recipes. Efficiency was a plus. Will stay there again.

• Nice view from room of fountain in Courtyard.
• No refrigerator in room.

“This is an upscale hotel that is definitely geared to the business traveler but still quite suitable for those on a leisure trip. It has an excellent fitness center and the beds/pillows are outstanding.”

• Rooms were clean and modern.
• Very thin walls, could hear neighbor's conversation and laughing all night.

“The hotel was clean and modern with a well-equipped gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub. The room was large, modern, and clean with a very comfortable king-sized bed. Coffee and tea were complimentary which is nice to have in the morning. The only complaint is the paper-thin walls. One can hear every word (whispered or otherwise) spoken by the person in the next room so remember to bring your earplugs.”

• Close to the airport and the Max which gets one around Portland easily.
• Everything is far away except for the airport and the Max.

“The rooms are larger than normal, the bathroom plenty roomy and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the restaurant very nice and almost reasonably priced, and the shuttle was always available to get to the airport and the Max. It takes almost an hour on the Max to get to downtown and other attractions in Portland. That can be a drawback if you want to sightsee at all. A fine hotel for those who want to be close to the airport and everything else is secondary.”

• The lobby was very open and friendly with the lounge by night and breakfast by day open into the lobby, no walls.
• The room had old type of air conditioning which never got the room cold. Hot weather and I am from cold climate.

“The hotel is massive, I was impressed with the lobby and the appearance of the clientele. very upscale. Our room was very nice furniture and layout. The parking was around the huge building which offered me no observation of my vehicle. I was comfortable parking and walking by myself to the building from the dark side I had to park on.”

• The hotel has really nice room and in good location with very comfortable bed.
• There is no restroom fan and the hall way kind of smell due that the fact.

• Close to airport with on - demand shuttle and excellent responsive staff.
• Room smelled a little like cigarette smoke.

“We had a 7:45 am flight - dropped off our rental car at the airport the night before and then called for the hotel van to take us back to the hotel - they were there in a flash. Then took the hotel van back to the airport at 6 am the next morning to catch our flight. No stress! I would definitely stay here again.”

• Has nice appointments in the rooms. Quiet except for the expected air traffic.
• Room not very clean, including fresh stains on comforter. Bathroom ceiling was rigged with plywood.

“Nice rooms with amenities, common in most three star hotels. Has indoor pool and fitness centre (24 hours) and nice breakfast buffet (not included). Staff was professional and easy to work with. Free parking at an airport hotel (with very frequent shuttles) is a great perk!”
