• The staff was friendly.
• The room was filthy and it stunk.

“Unfortunately I do not have a positive comment about this hotel for a few dollars more you can stay at a much nicer hotel in Silverdale which is only a few miles away. My husband, son, and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in which time we were not able to remove our shoe due to the disgusting carpet. I burned candles and took up stock in febreze to try and rid the room of the horrible musky odor. I guess this hotel is a hangout for the local youth on the weekend, since on both Friday and Saturday night there noise disturbances.”

• The toilet was plugged up/not enough toiletries.

“The toilet was plugged up, there weren't enough toiletries, there should have been more pillows in the room (only 2) so you could read or watch TV, and the lighting was poor. On the positive side, the room was very clean, the bed was SUPER comfortable, and arrangements were made for us to have early check-in so that we could freshen up before a funeral. That was very accommodating.”

• Location in city was great!
• It smelled like smoke up and down hallways.

“Great location but why can't you move all the smoking at the end of the hallways so the non smokers do not have to smell it.”

• Think the hallways and stairways need to beer vacuumed.

• They are located next to a Dennys and a Dairy Queen and easy to find.
• Bathroom could have been a little bigger.

“We enjoyed our stay very much. They put us in the room right next to the lobby and it was a bit loud when others checked it, but the air conditioner blocked most of the noise. We liked the fact that we didn't have to lug our bags a long way though and we just stepped out in the morning, got our breakfast and stepped back in our room to eat it. Very nice. The room was clean and they provided enough towels for each guest. The Dennys and Dairy Queen are in the same parking lot and very easy to walk to. We would stay again for sure if we were in the area.”

• How friendly and efficient the staff was to accommodate my needs.
• I was very displeased at the first room that I was in. (not very clean)

“Overall, the hotel was good. When the problem of the first room came up, the staff was very quick to get me another room that was much nicer, which made my stay more pleasant.”

• Very friendly staff. Good location right off the freeway.
• Not enough lighting, and not enough mirrors.

“Very friendly helpful staff. Good value. Not fancy, but clean. We were only in the room to sleep and shower, so it was great for that.”

• It was easy to find.
• Needed new mattresses and got a smoking room by mistake.

“The staff was friendly, but we made the mistake of getting the room next to the outside door. There was a pet show in town, so the door was opened and shut the entire night. Because of that we did not sleep. We will not make that mistake again.”
