• Comfortable beds. Easy access to destination.
• No exhaust fan in the toilet/shower room.

• Newly remodeled, so everything was new. The pool and rooms were clean. Convenient location.
• White coverlets on the bed didn't work for our small children, little too foamy mattresses.

“We spent a weekend here with our two small children. They loved the clean pool and we loved the convenient location and overall cleanliness of the facility and the helpful staff. The white coverlets on the bed weren't child friendly.”

• Location.
• The layout of the bedroom was awful; the TV could not be viewed from the bed.

“When we arrived later that evening to check in, there were no cookies on the platter and we were starving. It would have been nice that they had fruit or cookies there, instead of saying "sorry we are out".”

“I was very happy with this stay. We have decided to always look for this hotels from now on. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our stay. 2 were with the Marriott's and were terrific and the other was not. We were very disappointed with the other stay. I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I own our own motel in a very small town and are picky, so this was a very pleasant experience.”

• Warm elevator.

“Location was close to highways and Interstate, but none of this sound was heard. Staff was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Room/bath were clean and private. I would consider staying there again.”

• Good, clean motel, well located for the purpose of our trip.
• All previous stays at this chain had excellent free breakfasts, this location charge $10.99 for their breakfast which was same as free breakfasts.

• The front desk was very friendly.
• The construction on the building and the Train Trax.

“I had a good stay, the rooms are very clean and the beds are perfect, although the parking lot across from the hotel is very noisy; yet the other side of the hotel you hear the train, and don't stay by the elevator. Just some pointers.”

• Great location, fantastic beds, nice pool.
• No exercise bikes in exercise room.

“You will love this location. Relatively modern hotel in a not too obvious location that is still easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Good location. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. The Marriott bed is VERY comfortable. Wireless internet is available in the common areas of the hotel only. The rooms have a 3 foot cable. If you want to surf with your laptop anywhere other than the desk, bring an extension.”

• Clean, nice bed, large bathroom-although for handicapped-which I am not.
• The heating unit was so loud when it kicked on that it always woke you up.

“I didn't get much sleep. It was a chilly night so the heater needed to be used. Problem is that every time it kicked on it was like someone slapped a shoe on the desk. Then the blower volume was like a diesel truck running in the room.”

• The employees at this hotel were very helpful in all things; the hotel atmosphere was very clean.
• That I did not have enough time to use all of there facilities.

• The free internet was a plus.
• The gym was too small.

• Could use more closet spaces and drawers.

“Excellent for the traveler whether business or otherwise. The facility is clean and comfortable, with computer and business access. Printing boarding pass is so helpful. The bed and pillows are comfortable and restful; the bathroom is clean, with generous surface top. The morning buffet restaurant is convenient; the food is good and the price is right. The staff is helpful and courteous.”

• Location for our needs during this out of town visit to meet medical appt. Shop/Dine with friends.
• Railroad track next to our room. Should have included breakfast.

“While it is a nice facility, the room was relative small with a king bed, a railroad was located next to our room. The location was near shopping/dining and Beaverton.”

• When we asked how to get to a particular place, the desk attendant immediately offered to map quest for us and have it delivered to our room.
• Nothing.

• It was a little difficult to locate.

• It was quiet.
• They had no refrigerator or microwave. They had 2 bottled waters "for our convenience" but would bill room $2.50 each if consumed.

“This is the second courtyard in the same area I have stayed at in two months. They give absolutely zero extras. They charge for bottled water, they don't have candy in vending machines but will sell it at the desk for outrageous prices. They even charge ten bucks for their marginal breakfast buffet. Most places have complimentary breakfast of some sort.”

• Hotel doesn't allow watching movies by separate DVD player on room's TV.

“This hotel is not located within Tigard district. Patrons have to enter Beaverton district in order to arrive at hotel. Strongly recommend that it be designated as being in Beaverton district. It's also not easy to find because it's hid in an industrial area.”

• Nice room, good location.
• No free continental breakfast - but $9 breakfast buffet was good.

“Staff was friendly, very helpful in making check in and check out fast and easy. Hotel is easy to find, in a nice quiet location, the rooms are clean, nicely decorated. No microwave or fridge in room. Pool and whirlpool was nice.”

• Very friendly staff. Met expectations for a good quality CBM.
• A little far from my desired location.

“If you know CBM, you know what to expect. It is neither better nor worst than the norm for this brand. Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, free Internet access in each room was a plus. Workout room was great for aerobic work. Horrible if you want to lift weights. Indoor pool was nice and completely unused. If you like to swim and workout in private, this is the place for you. I recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back.”

• just another Courtyard
• Noise of trains,

“it is built on a railroad track!!! We had trains coming thru our room at 11:30PM, 1:35AM, 2:30 AM, 3:35 AM, and 5:30 AM at which time we arose and went on with our day. You have to drive to restaurants and to the Mall so NO WAY would we use Priceline for this area again!!”

• The hotel was clean, modern, had a nice pool and hot tub. The hotel staff was very helpful during check-in and in helping us find a restaurant.

“The hotel is in a business park. The hotel is modern and good quality. The hotel has a pool and hot tub, a market for snacks or other necessities. There are no available restaurants in the immediate vicinity.”

“Have to offer a complaint to the complaint department... will do seperately. This hotel is very close to train tracks that run at all hours and honk their horns as they go by. The hotel itself is not located in Tigard but Beaverton.”

• Courtyard layout was attractive and our room on the courtyard was quite well placed.
• Location is basically in an industrial/office park.

“The Beaverton Courtyard by Marriott is an attractive hotel - indoor pool and hot tub featured liberal hours - breakfast buffet was good - not complimentary but price of $9.90 per person was reasonable for the variety and includes drinks. Wireless internet in the lobby is not free - it should be - but wired internet in rooms is free. Rather odd placement for the restaurant - it's basically in the hotel lobby. Works fine for breakfast but wouldn't not be my choice for an evening meal. For our tastes this was preferable to the Courtyard by Marriott in Clackamas - mainly due the layout - a true courtyard design. Courtyard view rooms would be preferred and ground level most convenient to pool and hotel lobby.”

• Clean, comfortable, well appointed and maintained.
• Hotel desk staff seemed a bit undertrained and didn't give an adequeate overview of what was included in the price.

“A very comfortable and well-maintained facility, with a conveniently located indoor pool and well-appointed rooms. The location is a bit out of the way, but this means that it's very quiet overall (aside from an occasional train which rumbles by about four times a day). The breakfast buffet is overpriced at $9.75, so I wouldn't recommend that and we didn't find out that morning coffee was complimentary until we were checking out. Likewise, beware of the newspaper scam ("We'll charge you extra for a morning paper unless you tell us you don't want it," printed very small on the keycard holder) and the water scam (two bottles of water in your room that will cost you $2.50 each if you open them -- which you're inclined to do until you read that little blue label on them). Overall, however, well worth the price and fairly convenient to major highways and the large Washington Square Mall.”

• It was a well appointed and very well maintained facility.

“An excellent facility, clearly intended primarily for business travelers but also family-friendly as well. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and I appreciated the willingness of the staff to accomodate us with two queen sized beds and a refrigerator. I do wish we had been told upon check-in that morning coffee was included with the room, as we didn't learn this until the last day, and I also wish that a morning paper was included in the price, rather than as a "call us if you *don't* want it so we won't automatically charge you extra for it" deal -- seems rather a sneaky way to overcharge you. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.”
