• In room Jacuzzi Hot Tub!
• Air beds.

“Overall this hotel was great. The staff even sent up a bottle of champagne when they found out it was our wedding day. The only thing I did not like was the suite had the inflatable beds which we find impossible to get comfortable. Take the upgrade of the in room jacuzzi tub, totally worth it!”

• The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
• They originally sent us to a room that was already occupied, very embarrassing to walk in on somebody.

“The hotel was nice, very beautiful lobby. The room, once we got an empty one, was clean, very nicely done. I like the bed, plenty of pillows. All in all a good stay once we got settled”

• Clean.

“We were visiting family and friends, and we chose this hotel because of the location. We were very happy with the staff, they were very helpful, and it was very clean! Lobby was clean with hot coffee and hot chocolate, the hotel restaurant was very good, and clean.”

• Yes for hot tubs! That was the best.
• The check in woman was not polite.

“Great location, safe place. Rooms were cozy and spacious. Enjoyed every part of my stay.”

• Clean.
• Floral spray used by housekeeping after cleaning room; it was toxic.

“Handicap rooms need better furniture placement for easier movement of occupant(s). At least the room we were in needed a better layout. Bathrooms need more counter space.”

• It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
• It was difficult to find.

“After quite a bit of difficulty we found the hotel tucked back behind a gas station and shopping area. I am sure that signs would make it easier to find. We loved the hotel and the convenience of getting to and from the airport.”

• This is a great hotel
• Too bad the staff seems to be a bit unorganized

“Had to call the hotel to reverse my hotel charges. After I was assured there will not be a charged when I checked out.”

• The staff at the desk went out of their way to be helpful.
• Restaurant book in lobby only contained very very expensive restaurants.

“Close to many restaurants and shopping. Large rooms with refrigerators. Will return.”

• Newer hotel, lots of free parking, refrigerator, good location

“This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. It is easy to find, right off the freeway. There are restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores within walking distance. It is clean and well-landscaped. There is never any problem with finding a parking spot. The staff is courteous and prompt. The pool area was well maintained and there were plenty of clean towels. The ice machine worked (something that for some reason is a problem in a lot of hotels). The bed was very comfortable and we could not hear any noise from other rooms even though the hotel was full. Our room was very spacious and everything was in working order.”

• The only complaint I have is that the pillows were way too soft!

“The room was better than I was lead to believe. closer to the function than I thought and cheaper than we paid for the room the following night at the Four Point Sheraton in Portland. We met with the Corvette club on Saturday night from Tacoma and told everybody about the savings.”
