• Spacious, lovely rooms with a very comfortable bed. Amenities were thoughtful.
• We liked everything about it.

“The location was beautiful, just across the street from the Willamette river and a lovely river walk. It was very convenient to the town. We were surprised that we had a kitchen, living room, and bedroom suite (2 TVs, no less). The decor looked new and was upscale. The full breakfast in the morning (included) was excellent, with a wide choice of foods. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We will stay there again.”

• I was able to bring my take out dinner to the hotel and eat in the kitchen.
• Construction is happening at the hotel.

“This was a wonderful hotel to escape for the weekend at. Loved the use of the kitchen and wished I could have stayed a couple of days more.”

• We loved that it was across the street from the river and there are beautiful trails every where.
• The one thing that really upset me was that they charged us $75.00 for our pet .I has never ever been charged over $20.

“My husband and I would love to come back, but will not because your charge way too much for a pet to stay in the room with us.”

• Huge rooms, excellent free breakfast.
• Lobby remodel was not mentioned before, cable TV went out for 12 hours, room too hot.

“The room was gorgeous, people went out of their way to be friendly and helpful, and food was excellent. I would totally stay there again.”

• Very clean, friendly, and close to the downtown.
• Cable went out, biggest element on the stove did not work.

• The entire staff was very friendly, always smiling.
• The location near busy roads made it noisy at night.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. I had surgery, and one of the staff even gave me a get well card! They were very friendly, always said hello, and able to help with any questions we had. The room was exceptionally clean, and our room attendant made sure we had everything we needed. When my boyfriend left his parka at the hotel they sent it back to Alaska within 4 days. A great hotel in Eugene!”

• Very clean and furnishings looked quite new.
• Highway noise could be heard.

“This hotel was much nicer and cleaner than similar priced hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely return there if I were in the Eugene area.”

• Great room, breakfast, friendly staff will go back.
• Hide a beds too small.

• Noisy due to adjacent freeway.

• The staff, cleanliness of room/hotel, great breakfast.
• Trouble were reservation took 3+ hrs to straighten up, mgr upgraded but room(s) still not as promised, never heard from manager.

“Very hard to find entrance, no entrance from main road nor sign indicating which way to go.”

• The hotel rooms were nice and roomy, we stayed in a one bedroom suite.
• Breakfast was crowded, nowhere to sit and eat, had to go back to room with our plates to eat.

• Excellent breakfast, clean, comfortable bed, loaded with appliances, etc.
• Pool closed (outdoor), poor directions from website, poor signage from street.

“Very nice staff. GREAT breakfast. Nice amenities. Comfortable rooms, although smaller than other suites I've stayed in, had trouble getting the roll-a-way bed to fit between the bed and the pull-out couch.”

• The staff was very friendly and the evening food and buffet breakfast was wonderful!
• There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

• Driving instructions online were very poor; very hard to find.

“Excellent place! I tried to stay there again but it was booked up. In the Eugene area, I don't think you could beat it for the price and hot breakfast included.”
