• The homey feel and artwork.
• Not very many items on menu for kids.

• Great view, wonderful setting, great staff.
• Hotel's conference room did not meet expectations.

“I had a great time at this hotel. Great location with the tram to downtown, nice rooms and a fantastic view. The restaurant was great, except there was a lot of smoke from the bar, thus the whole restaurant was smoky; when I asked to turn on the fans it was quickly done. The staff was very friendly. When we asked to have rooms switched due to too many stairs it was immediately done. I would recommend this hotel highly having stayed in Ketchikan many times.”

• Bed was poor quality-needed more comfort.
