“It was a pleasant environment and a very comfortable room. We would be happy to stay there again.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Lori from Sterling,AK
“The staff was outstanding when we called because we lost due to the inaccurate directions obtained from priceline. The front desk person, Hack, was able to give us very price directions and actually stayed on the phone w/ us while we rerouted ourselves.” Oct 30, 2008 by
Kay
“This is an older, updated hotel. The main desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice; serving waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins etc.” Oct 16, 2008 by
Bill
“Outstanding restaurant. Beds need updating.” Jun 4, 2008 by
Sanford from Saint Louis, MO
“Very large rooms, directly adjacent to town, and very helpful staff. Also, curtains were thick enough to block out midnight sun of the Alaska summer and allowed me to sleep. I highly recommend this property.” May 23, 2008 by
Linda from Mason City, IA
“With room equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette, it is excellent for family or extended stays. Combination whirlpool/shower was very awkward to get in & out off. Location by Moose lodge was noisy, my room had constant low howl likely d/t restaurant vent system.” May 5, 2008 by
Brian from Lantana, MD
“I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean and well equipped room. The appliances were relatively new and the bed was comfortable.” Mar 19, 2008 by
Mike from Anchorage, AK
“The hotel was exactly what they billed themselves to be. I would stay there again.” Mar 18, 2008 by
Stephanie from Bonsall, CA
“Loved it, especially for the price. Clean rooms, quiet, comfortable, good service.” Mar 14, 2008 by
Carolyn from Anchorage, AK
“I would suggest fitted sheets on the beds that would stay in place. The maid did not change towels the second day of our three day stay and left a long black hair on the sheet the first day which wasn't changed. Overall, I would recommend it to friends.” Feb 25, 2008 by
Travis from Campbell, CA
“The Hotel in Fairbanks, AK is a decent hotel for the value. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. With a convenient and safe location, it's a good place for staging. There was coffee and cable TV. in the room, the showers had good water pressure and heat. On the down side, the restaurant had a dark, stale feeling and was a bit pricey for the flavor and the hotel's hallways and rooms could use a bit of a face-lift. The lobby is comfortable and there are computer stations for a fee. Overall I felt the stay was well considering.” Feb 15, 2008 by
Corrine from Erie, CO
“This hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel. I was very disappointed. The Jacuzzi suite we rented was very well used and dingy. There was no table to sit at and the couch was very uncomfortable. It seemed to be operating on a shoestring budget and needs to be downgraded in the star rating.” Mar 9, 2007 by
Chang Ho from CA
“Warning for this hotel. Creepy staff and bad location, don't let the price fool you, the price does not reflect the comfort at all. Staff was rude, food bad and the room had not been cleaned from the last guest, and only the bed was made up. Same sheets was used, I could smell dirt from the sheets.” Hotel Representatives:
