• It seemed very clean.
• Pool area in open on both stays within a year!

“Last year during my stay the pool/hot tub area was closed for at least a week. Now this year it was closed again for my three day stay!”

• I was impressed about everything with room & staff.
• Was not informed that maid service was extra.

“I was really pleased to find that the room was extremely clean & pleasant. The bed was soft & comfy. However, I was not informed at the time of check in, that there was no maid service unless you paid extra. I was disappointed to return to my room after working all day to find it uncleaned. I found a note in the room stating that maid service was only available for an extra fee. Other than that, I would most definitely stay again.”

• Good room except for the construction.
• Construction kept on knocking on the door for service, and being loud in the hallways, and outside. At least they were nice.

“Good location friendly at the front desk. Bad maid service. No service for 2 weeks.”

• The refrigerator and microwave.
• No daily cleaning service, no TV & internet was poor.

“I generally didn't like the fact that they didn't have cleaning service for the time we were there and that if we wanted clean towels, we would have to bring them to the front desk and change them from there, also we would have to vacuum the room ourselves if we wanted our room clean.”

• Bathrooms were decent. Good showers.
• Pool closed of course.

• The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

• Very Practical - great for extended stay - kitchen.
• Very clean and tidy, but felt a little sterile but not a problem for business.

“Very nice and clean. The staff was great. Good location next to Fairbanks airport and Fred Meyer store across the street. Only down side was the "Show Girls" club across the street.”

• The location was convenient, in Fairbanks only, in Anchorage, it was very poor location and service.
• Pool was down, airport shuttle was down, continental breakfast very poor, and criminals invaded the hotel in night.

“poor service, poor and no continental breakfast, we were rousted at 05:00 am on New Years Day by smoke alarms and sent into the sub zero temps due to local criminal(s) invading the hotel. Would not stay there again at any price.”

• Hotel was okay, but rooms too small.
• I got two rooms to fit eight people and we only got one bed, was not too happy about that, we did not any maids come to our room to clean up.

“Hotel would be good for two or three in a room, but my grandson had to sleep on the floor, did not really care for that, he is eight and thought that the rooms were cheap because of that. Next time I will be more careful what I bid on and look for more rooms if traveling with my son and his family. Thank you for all your help.”

• Next to a major grocery store.
• Fee for wireless internet access.

“The room was like new and very clean. Showers were excellent with tons of water and pressure.”

• It's within walking distance to freed Meyers.
• Right out of the parking lot is a "showgirls" establishment.

“Did not provide shampoo, conditioner, or lotion to guests. When we arrived at the airport we called for the shuttle and were told that it wasn't available and would send a complimentary taxi (which we never saw). Pool was closed for the second year in a row.”

• No problems.

“The location is quiet, yet close to the airport and main highways. Also close to the University of Alaska and there was both a Safe way and Fred Meyer within walking distance, as well as some restaurants.”
