• The separate rooms where you can close the doors.
• Too hot in rooms. Bathtub too small.

“The hotel was really nice. I liked the pool because it was clean. For being on a busy road it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice and helpful.”

• Location is within walking distance of Downtown Anchorage.
• Pool was not open! Elevator smelled like stale beer/vinegar.

“Nice breakfast- hours should be later though like 7-10.”

• Customer service.
• Needs more Vending Machines. One on every floor.

• The pool.
• The upper rim of the tub was dirty under the faucet.
