• The bed covered with a down quilt & the bathroom. The tub specifically.
• I can't think of one thing that would be a negative.

“This hotel was amazing, I can't imagine ever staying at any other place in Anchorage. The beds are very comfortable; the staff is incredibly nice and the bathroom is to die for. The Diamond Center is well worth the money!”

• I liked the hotel over-all. The beds, the tub, the cleanliness.
• The stairs! Get a bottom room!

“I have to say that the Diamond Hotel is awesome. The staff is great, always meeting the need, the reservation desk is very customer friendly. The rooms are wonderful! The location is right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to Wal-Mart and the Mall. The bath tub everyone raves about is worth the raving! It's huge. When I stay in Anchorage the only place I want to be is at the Diamond hotel!”

• Great bathtub. Comfortable beds.
• Room not clean. Lobby like a car dealership. No charm.

“I have to say the large bathtub and the bed were truly fabulous. We will not stay again, however for several reasons. One, it was not clean. Something splattered on the wall in the bathroom, food remains in the drawers, wax from candles trailing across tile in bathroom. We were told by the night clerk that he would find us a nicer room for the next night and would leave a note for the morning person to let them know, he didn't. We thought the lobby had the ambiance of a car dealership which it resembles. It is right next to Wal-Mart. The court is just a bunch of weeds. I think the fact that it wasn't clean really put us off. Indeed they had down comforters on the very comfortable beds, but we wondered how often they change the duvet cover. We were there for a much needed get away and it was a big let down.”

• Great location, great staff, great beds, great tubs, soaked till I was a prune.

“The Diamond Center Hotel was terrific. I enjoyed the small intimate bar, and the 72' soaking tub, while I was watching TV. Great bed, I slept like a baby. I asked about the brand when I checked out. great breakfast, the waffles were great and fattening. I added lots of fruit to the top of my waffles. The staff was more than helpful. I will be back....”
