• It was an awesome stay I liked it.
• It was quiet very quiet.

“The hotel seemed like it was made from an older house but refurbished. Over all the is an awesome hotel I suggest more people stay there especially when friends stay together there.”

• Close to the action; fully equipped kitchen suite; room was clean & well-maintained.
• Lobby stunk like cat pee; stairs to elevator made it tricky w/a lot of luggage.

“This well-maintained older hotel is conveniently located no more than two blocks from the train station and downtown. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. We had a corner room/fully-equipped kitchenette suite with views of cook inlet and the snow-capped mountains. It was clean and I felt safe and welcomed with my two young children. Room rates are reasonably priced (for Alaska) and the staff is friendly and helpful.”

• Very nicely appointed, clean new furnishings, good locks, great TV.
• Hair in bathtub, smudge on sink counter.

• Location and convenience.
• The parking was not the best.

“Very good for business and short stays 2-3 days. Location was good for downtown. The staff was very good, courteous and helpful. Very professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable.”
