• Made a great accommodation for my mother-in-law's heal condition.
• Needs more lamp or other lights for rooms.

“Over all, I was satisfied. It was good price. If we have problems, someone will come and help us right away. We saw many good people there.”

• The hotel staffs are excellent; rooms are moderate, very clean and overall good place to stay.
• Had to pay 13 dollars a day for parking on their parking lot.

“The hotel was a typical Holiday Inn room, but the lobby was very nice, had internet for free to use and the staff are very professional, and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close enough to walk to and the area is nice.”

• Close to everything we needed.
• $13 a night for parking per day.

“Everyone was friendly except the lady was rude when we arrived early. Instead of shifting rooms to accommodate early arrivers they would make some wait for hours while other would walk right in. They need to be more flexible.”

• Near the beach and nice restaurants.
• The a/c was loud and kept us up; the toilet ran constantly; staff started cleaning at 5 am.

• Location close to party I was attending in Waikiki.
• My room was not ready at 3pm check in time. I had to wait 20 minutes.

“Clean, nice room. Friendly staff. No complaints other than room not ready at promised check in time.”

• I like the location and the price of the hotel was affordable.
• The parking facilities were poor and there was no prenotice about charges.

“The location of the Hotel was great and on the whole the front desk employees were friendly except for a couple of times. The exceptional service we received was when a cell phones was accidently left in our room and one of the hotel employees took it upon themself to deliver it to us personally. A special thanks to him.”

• Lobby is beautiful, reasonably priced and very nice.
• Charge $12 for parking in their lot.

“I was afraid that finding a reasonably priced hotel would mean I would have to stay in a bad area of town or it would be run down. This hotel is perfect for the single traveler such as myself. I felt safe and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.”

• Everyone was very helpful & friendly!
• There was mildew in the bathroom and on the ceiling.

“We only stayed one night, but it was terrific! The front desk helped get our luggage to our room. The next morning, the bell man got us a cab to take us to the port. The lobby is beautiful. Even the Chinese restaurant, located in the front of the hotel, was a great place for breakfast!”

• Room was very clean and in good repair compared to some Waikiki hotels in the same price range.
• Location is not within easy walking distance of Waikiki main areas.

“Upon arrival at the Front-desk, the staff were smiling and very friendly. This was true off all interactions during my stay here. Getting out of the elevator, it seemed that the hallway carpets were a bit old and stained, but I was happy when I arrived at my room. The room was a good size and also very clean and in good repair. All in all a very well run hotel. I was here for business so location was not an issue for me. If you are here for pleasure, you will not be able to walk to the main beaches of Waikiki. You will need a transportation.”

• The exercise room was free, and the pillows were awesome!
• The parking lot had a very small capacity.

“Located on the west end of Waikiki, this hotel was every bit as nice as the 4 star hotel I moved to for the second half of my stay. In fact I liked the pillows at this hotel better, the exercise room was free, the pool was larger, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”

• The location was great because it is close to a couple of good restaurants like TODAI, Outback Steakhouse and Red Lobster

“I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Waikiki because it was a great value for the money. While the location was not right on Waikiki it was close to some great restaurants and sites. Across the street is access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Waikiki. Also the pool was great. It was clean and not cold. There are plenty of lounge chairs around the pool to relax in. They also have a fitness gym for those individuals who like to keep up with their exercise regime. All in all I liked the hotel, would definitely recommend it to my friends and family visiting from the mainland.”
