“Great. Will consider staying again, if price is competitive.” Sep 2, 2008 by
Kk from St.Michael, MN
“This hotel would be fine for a business trip but I would not recommend it for a vacation trip. There are places to eat within walking distance but they all close by 6 pm and nothing is open on Sunday, not even the restaurant that is located inside the hotel lobby. The rooms are fine, but nothing exceptional I don't think the rooms are worth the price especially for vacation travelers. However, the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our need for transportation via taxi or bus. I would not rate this hotel a 3 star it is probably more like a 1-2 star hotel. The continental breakfast consists of granola bars, oranges, donuts and stale coffee (not much to brag about there). The hotel is in a 41 storey building so the views can be excellent from your room but the elevators were often not working or in repair while we were there for the week and the ones that did work ran very slowly. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay there again.” Aug 20, 2008 by

“The executive centre is located on Bishop Street, which is the main business street of Honolulu. The rooms are spacious and clean; have great city views, and, the coffee at their daily continental breakfast is surprisingly good. This is the place to stay if you are in town to conduct business.” Jul 25, 2008 by

“This hotel was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very beautiful set up with waterfall in middle of main floor. There was great and inexpensive restaurants all over the place near by. Night clubs were in walking distant. Rooms were spacious with tasteful furniture and large HDTV. Bus pick up was close. Oahu has a great bus service, you can go everywhere for $2. Going back next week for another mini vacation.” Jan 23, 2008 by

“Executive Centre in Downtown Honolulu is conveniently located to government offices with business restaurants and services nearby. Upscale shopping, entertainment and restaurant complex is located within walking distance. Like all Downtown areas parking is hard to find, expensive and/or inconvenient.” Jul 17, 2007 by
Pete from Virginia Beach, VA
“The room was a suite with nice appointments. Perfect for a medium to long term business visit. Located within the business district with several good eateries nearby. Definitely caters to the business traveler.” Jun 11, 2007 by

“This is not a three star hotel!” Jan 5, 2007 by

“Awesome. Mad bang for your buck! Nicest hotel I have ever been in, let alone stayed at.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 9, 2006 by

“When we check in the toilet is not functional. Staff offer another room, last one available, but a notice posted buy the hotel in the elevator lobby indicated that there is a unit under renovation so there will be noise and paint smell. They can't arrange an exchange for another Resort quest hotel in town for us to switch. We have no choice but to cut our Honolulu vacation short and return home the next day. We incurred United Airline ticket change penalty of $230.00 and one night of hotel bill around $200.00 and car rental fee of $50.00. We flew 5000 miles round trip for nothing. It ruined our long awaited holiday in Honolulu.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 17, 2006 by

“This hotel is terrible. The parking was so disorganized, we were asked to park on the 9th floor, then our room was on the 4th, so we had to go from the parking lot, to the lobby of the hotel, on to another elevator, to get to our room. they had 3 sets of elevators, and it was quite confusing. You had to use another elevator just to get breakfast. the carpets, bathroom, kitchen and laundry service in the room was dirty. The water in the washing machine was not flowing, so we had to get maintenance to come in and fix it, and it was a long wait for service. Definitely, go somewhere else for a room.” May 17, 2006 by

“This hotel is aimed at the business traveler and is well suited for that market. Generally I would not recommend it for families unless you had a reason to be in downtown Honolulu.” Apr 15, 2006 by
Mark from Bellingham, WA
“Very nice room, great views, lots of space, comfortable bed. The only problem is that downtown completely closes up at 6 pm, there are no stores or restaurants open within at least a 4 block radius. So, be prepared for a long walk or taxi ride for a late-night meal. Staff was extremely polite and helpful.” Mar 26, 2006 by

“This hotel is perfect for business travelers wanting to be in downtown Honolulu. 3 blocks to Aloha Tower Mall, Chinatown and the Capitol building. It offers nice big clean rooms with views, kitchenettes, Jacuzzi bath tubs, comfortable beds, lots of TV stations, and continental breakfast and friendly staff. You're also close to Star bucks and lots of other restaurants. I took the bus to Waikiki for $2, the bus stop was right around the corner from the hotel. I travel a lot for work and this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. Even though it's not on the beach, it's nice to be away from the hordes of tourists on Waikiki when you're trying to concentrate on work.” Jan 2, 2006 by
Tina from Grass Valley
“I will stay elsewhere next time. This may be Ok for a business traveler, but not the best location for vacation. Had many problems with key cards. Roaches in room. Full kitchen was nice amenity, so was washer and dryer. This room only accommodates 2 people!” Oct 4, 2004 by
Gloria P. from Cerritos, CA “I asked for a non-smoking room but it was not. Luckily, the hotel staff had a machine to clean the smoky air. Also, we had problems with the cable TV. All the channels weren't accessible. Otherwise, I am happy that there was a continental breakfast included with the room.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
