• Not more than 3 to 3.5 star. Excellent location within easy walk of Earl's Court tube which has elevators for those pulling a bag.

“Towels are no better than at a budget, 2* hotel. Restaurant now closed except for breakfast, the price of which (despite recession) has gone up from $28 to nearly $30. There's no concierge, no bellman and beds are very Travelodge. Bare utilitarian bedrooms. Difficult to adjust AC and water flow in bath/shower as latter's knob is almost unmovable. Don't pretend to us this is four star, please!”
