“Location and convenience of transportation to LHR are excellent. Pleasant public spaces. Mattresses need to be replaced.”

“The staff was excellent as my group was tired from a long day of sightseeing and the journey out to the hotel from the city. They had good humor and cheered us up with their positive attitude and helpfulness. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. The variety of outlets for European American plugs was also very convenient.”

“The Marriott was a very good hotel with good (and free) airport connections. Nice area, but there's not a lot out there other than a Macdonalds, and a local pub, the Three Magpies, the later of which had good drink prices, but mediocre food.”

“We were flying out of LHR the following day early so wanted something near by the airport. Wow, were we impressed! The rooms were very well appointed and the bedding outstanding. The lobby area was beautiful and plenty of choices for dinner at the hotel. This property far exceeded out expectations.”

“An excellent choice for an airport hotel. The food in the hotel lobby and informal restaurant was not unreasonable by London standards.”

“Excellent situation for Avis rental drop-off and Heathrow. Two dining options, prices typical of airport locations. Rooms well-equipped and staff helpful and friendly. Would be please to stay there again.”

“Great place. Great big comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that the hair dryer is fastened in a drawer outside of the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This was a great place to stay for one night before flying back to The States. The room was big (compared to most in the UK), the staff - especially the concierge - was extremely helpful and it was a stones throw from the airport. I just wish they had had a children's cartoon channel or pay movie in the room. Other than that it was great.”

“The Marriott is conveniently located being served by the free London buses as well as the Heathrow Hoppa. The lobby is very attractive and the rooms quiet, well-furnished, and comfortable.”

“Nice hotel, good location for an early flight out the following morning. It is serviced by an airport Hoppa bus which trawls all the other hotels and then makes its way around the terminals, so leave plenty of time to get to the airport.”

“It's a nice hotel in close proximity of Heathrow Airport - the bus to the airport can take longer then it should due to too many stops along the way.”

“As with everything in the UK, everything is overpriced and expensive. It applies here, too, even for a basic club sandwich from room service. Staff overall is friendly. Some of the rooms face inward to a very narrow courtyard and this makes me claustrophobic. The Hoppa (shuttle bus) to Heathrow is 2 pounds 50 each way. We also waited an hour for the bus coming to the hotel which is unacceptable. I took a taxi to Terminal 4, very expensive, but impossible to go the long way with all the bags. They need many more TV stations than the rubbish they currently offer.”

“The Marriott Heathrow Hotel is an excellent choice for the stop over traveler using Heathrow airport or a traveler wishing to see London but not wishing to stay in the center of London. The hotel meets a high standard for service and comfort. My rooms was quiet, well appointed, and comfortable. Staff at reception were outstanding and efficient.”

“Nice hotel in the airport area and connected to the hotel hopper from the airport. Breakfast cost 14 pounds but if you check other hotels you can get it for 5 pounds.” Hotel Representatives:
