• This is truly a beautiful hotel!
• We loved everything about it!

• Quality hotel with friendly and helpful staff. All staff members spoke English very well.
• The rooms were a bit noisy.

“Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. The Korean staff spoke English very well and was always pleasant and helpful. I only have three complaints. Our room was a bit noisy. I could hear guests talking in the adjoining rooms. The subway station isn¿t very close, about 2 blocks from the hotel. The TV was a small. It was maybe a 26 inch tube TV. You¿d think a hotel as nice as this would have an LCD or plasma TV.”

• Decor may need some update.

“Located in the heart of Gangnam Business District in Southern Seoul. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent maintenance of rooms and facility. The decor may need some refreshing from its 90's business hotel feel. Overpriced charges for extra service such as Wi-Fi.”
