• Old facilities.

• The hotel was priced well and located in a nice area.
• The decor in the rooms was a-bit dated & the hotel was located outside of the city center.

“Small boutique hotel located slightly outside the city center. Located in a great neighborhood where one will really see how the locals live. The hotel staff was quite accommodating and knowledgeable about travelers needs. The rooms decor was dated but clean & tidy.”

• Near the bus stop, friendly and helpful hotel staff.
• Not close enough to the city center and attractions.

“The room is clean although it does show the wear and tear in the bathroom. The location is near the bus stop which is a great help despite it's not within a walking distance to the city center. Ethnic restaurants in this residential neighborhood are close by which is a plus feature. Internet is available with reasonable price. Continental breakfast is reasonable as compare to the price charged in the nearby Cafe.”

• Unfriendly staff and
  nightclub downstairs.

“Rathmines is a good hike from the city centre. Traveling alone I did not feel extremely safe. Staff was not friendly and seems bothered when asked about tours and getting around Dublin. Noise from the nightclub doesn't come from the music it comes from hotel guests after it closes and are extremely loud.”

• Staff was unbelievably rude, nightclub attached that was incredibly loud.
  

“Took them over 30 minutes to find a room for us. We were on the ground floor about 5 feet from the beer garden of a nightclub. Wildly loud. Would never stay here again.
”
