• The staff and room were great. It was lovely and luxurious and they didn't use our discount as an opportunity to give us a bad room.
• We were really happy with it - no specific complaints.

“The stay was great. We got a good room and had great service and were really pleased. As it was our first use of priceline we were particularly happy that we didn't get a sub-par room because of the way we booked. Very happy. Good location, very polite staff and useful amenities.”

• Comfort, location, quiet, friendly and helpful staff, great beds/pillows.
• Terrible view from room - air conditioners/flat roofs, overly expensive. breakfast

• We run a restaurant in the Netherlands. We were in town for the Neil Young concert. Every one was helpful and kind.
• Every thing good!

“We arrived at our hotel at about 11:00 AM and we were so surprised that we could check in early. The staff was warm and helpful. We were in town for the Neil Young concert , and it was a birthday treat from my husband to me. The room was very clean and beautiful. I mean it, I stay in a lot of hotels. We had a great time and really thank you for your hospitality! We run a restaurant in the Netherlands and we try to treat people as we would like to be treated. We thought that your staff did the same. Thank you for my 50th birthday gift.”

• Large, clean, nice rooms with a great view of the cathedral.
• Nothing, it was a terrific hotel.

• Great room with air conditioning and comfortable bed.
• Location not as friendly as other areas in the city.

“Front desk staff great however concierge personnel were very limited in ability to aid traveling via train. Location is adjacent to main train station.”
