• Convenient location near tube and park, large rooms.
• Shower head poorly placed caused water to leak.

“Excellent London location. Historic hotel with large public reception area. Not easy for handicapped. Must climb few steps and elevator very small. There is an outside chairlift. Friendly staff and doorman, elegant hotel needs some updating. Bedroom good size and quiet and beautiful over sized updated bathroom well lit and has heated towel rack, but shower poorly designed causing water to leak onto floor. Bed is firm, room very clean but dimly lit.”

“We had a delightful 9 day stay in 2 adjoining rooms. Comfortable rooms, perfect location. Beds hard, but not harder than in many USA hotels. We were in the refurbished part of the hotel and were very pleased.”
