• Beautiful room, comfy bed, elegantly decorated.

“This is a very elegant hotel. Rooms are well appointed. Concierge very helpful. Check in and check out very efficient. Fresh flowers and beautiful lobby. This is definitely a 5 star hotel.”

• Big, comfy beds.
• The adjoining rooms made it possible to hear the conversations of strangers - a bit strange.

“The hotel is in a great area and it was a 5 star hotel. The staff was helpful too. If you are not traveling with a family, I would recommend requesting a non-adjoining room as we could hear every word and movement coming from the rooms next to us.”

• Great hotel at a super price.

“Everything was great about this hotel.
Staff was super. Room was great with fridge, flat screen TV, and marble bathroom. King size bed was super comfortable. Concierge arranged a car to take us to the airport the next morning. Great experience.”

• Hands down one of the top 5 Hotels I have ever stayed at.
• My visit was to short.

“I stay in many properties (over 100) per year and this one is in my all time favorites. If you are price conscious or a casual traveler this is not for you as you are staying in a world class hotel in London and the hotel services are priced accordingly. On my visits to London I will always book this hotel.”

• Great location, clean, inviting and good interior décor.
• Nothing.

“The hotel staff is all pleasant and helpful. Changed room to upgraded room. First room was a smoking room before renovation. I appreciated for the upgrade, even though there was still very little smoky smell, but it didn't bother me at all. In summary a good stay, there is a charm about this classic style hotel on Park Lane.”

• Having undergone a multi-million dollar renovation, this hotel has regained its former glamor.

“A stunning Grand Dame of Mayfair Hotels, the Grosvenor House has been lovingly restored to luxurious splendor. Rooms are very spacious by London standards and beautifully appointed. The public areas are opulent with an abundance of fresh flowers. In true fashion, the door will always be held open for you regardless of the hour, and this is indicative of the attentive service to be expected from the well trained and gracious staff. If you feel like entertaining, the Grosvenor House is home to the largest ballroom in London.”

• My room was very large. I also loved the scented candles in the lobby.
• Having internet/Wi-Fi connection but cost was an extra $30 per day.
