• Wonderful hotel with rooms that exemplify what Vienna is about, Old World.
• I liked everything about this hotel.

“Its located next to the opera house and close within walking distance to all the major sights. We were able to watch the opera Madame Butterfly in a simultaneous live broadcast on the street from our balconies. It was outstanding. The rooms , the staff and the facilities are what I expect from a 5 star hotel.”

• Beautifully decorated rooms, separate toilette from bath.
• There was absolutely nothing not to like about the hotel.

“The Bristol is conveniently located, and the rooms are lovely in their decoration. The bathroom setup is also great for travelers.”

• I liked the old style grandeur of the rooms.
• The room service is horrifically expensive.

“The hotel is great. The room was enormous and very grand. A very nice cot was provided and a welcome gift for the baby. The staff was very helpful. By todays standards this would be classed as a 4 star hotel. It's not very shabby, it's just not very modern.”

• I loved that we were treated as special guests and how friendly all the staff was.
• The room we had faced a central courtyard that wasn't very attractive, but the room was great.

• This 5 star hotel lived up to all my expectations. Viennese classic beautiful hotel with updated rooms. One of best hotels I've stayed at.
• Nothing I did not like, I loved everything, but no pool and fitness room small.

“Rarely does the pictures and the reality of the stay match 100%, but the Hotel Bristol was exactly as promised: elegant, beautiful, classy, great location, large rooms, great beds and pillows, quiet, phenomenal service. It was as close to ideal as possible. Vienna is a beautiful city and the Hotel Bristol just made it one of our best vacations.”

• Luxurious hotel in great central location.
• Nothing.

“Hotel Bristol is a great hotel. The rooms and spaces ooze old world charm. Our room was a good size and the furnishings were top notch. Service is great and you can't beat the central location. I would highly recommend the hotel.”

• Definitely a luxury 5 star hotel (by American standards) in a European city. We liked all the fine touches, especially the marble!

“The Hotel Bristol could not have been in a more perfect and central location - right across the street from the State Opera House. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The elevators had mirrors and padded seats to sit on too! The gym was available at all times of the day and night. It was a spectacular hotel for the price, location and service. Five stars all the way!”
