• Bathroom, shower did not match hotel and room ambiance.

• Spacious,clean,nice view, prompt elevator, quiet.
• Huge daily fee for SELF parking. $32.00/day is outrageous.

“The only reason I would not return is for the parking fee. Then we had to pay for Metro travel. This was extremely inconvenient. Loved D. C.”

• The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the national mall and even Chinatown (1 mile).
• The immediate surrounding stores/ eateries closed at or before 9 pm so I had to take a taxi for dinner.

“If I were to return to DC I would definitely choose this hotel again due to the location and the price of the hotel.”

• Convenient and
  Clean.
• Unfriendly crew, inefficient maintenance crew.

“The hotel was very clean, conveniently located to attractions. They charge $30/night for parking, which is ludicrous. Hotel staff is not very helpful although the reception staff was friendly. TV in the room had no volume & they did not fix even after 2 days. Restaurant in the hotel was very good, a bit pricey though.”

• Close to everything DC (mall, metro, etc.); clean, spacious & friendly!
• Would appreciate an indoor pool.

“Staff was efficient & friendly. Rooms were a bit larger than average. Each room has a nice size refrigerator (not a wet bar).”

• Check-in agent was very nice and helpful.
• Bathtub area was a little old, had been inexpertly repaired.

“Excellent value for the room, nicely decorated, helpful service people, great location, parking was $25 but easy, in-room movie was expensive, about $13.”
