• The experience was complete. A nice clean room with attractive bathroom, good hot breakfast and shuttle downtown.
• Shuttle was crowded on return trip. Possibly a second run needs to be made then.

“This hotel was great. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was attractive. Breakfast was hot and varied with good service. There was a shuttle to Union Station from which you can walk to the Mall, monuments and other attractions. It ran on time but was crowded on the return trip.”

• Cleanliness, modern, excellent continental breakfast.

“The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. The only problem that I experienced was an added $10.00/night parking charge per vehicle.”

• Beautiful decor/vivid colors.

“Fairfield Marriott suites is centrally located on New York Ave within a few min from all the happenings on Capital Hill, and many spots of interest. The free shuttle provided amazing services to and from the train stations, and metro lines. Very please with the friendly driver.”

• Friendly staff.
• Felt that water of swimming pool not changed from couple of days.

“This is a very good hotel, staff was very friendly with guests. Room service was good. Suggestion, In every room there should be a list of all items available at front desk. Water of swimming pool should be changed frequently and it should be warm in winter.”

• The breakfast they put on for you for free - worth it just for that!
• I don't even have one complaint about them.

“This hotel was the one of the greatest places I have stayed at. I have never felt like every employee was looking out for my needs before. You would ask someone about something in 2 minutes they brought you what you needed.”

• The shuttle service between the hotel and Union Station was a great asset. Also appreciated free internet.

“This was one of the best DC hotel experiences I've had! Having shuttle service between the hotel and Union Station sure beats taxis, riding the Metro with a suitcase or walking with a suitcase. The staff was among the friendliest I've encountered and the room was clean, fresh and comfortable. I'll try to stay at this hotel again!”

• Clean, a lot of space sweet breakfast friendly people nice comfortable beds.
• Its was a woman telling to beat our children because they was acting up.

“There was a large party going on and the walls were thin. We made calls to the front desk to quiet down the guests, but it didn't help much. Did not get a wink of sleep. Probably won't stay here again.”
