• Classic.

“Turn-of-the-century historic hotel, well-maintained and staffed, good choice of dining on-site, good bar with my favorite Scotch which is not easy to find. Complimentary clean friendly airport shuttle.”

• The staff was very professional and accommodating.
• Walls were too thin. Adjoining rooms made us hear conversations from rooms on either side.

“In general, a quality 4 Star hotel. Good service, clean, and close to entertainment and fine dining in Louisville.”

• Old world type of charm.
• The lobby was on the 2nd floor.

“For not knowing Louisville, we were very happy with the location of the brown hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were friendly, especially the valet parking staff. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to beautiful Louisville.”
