• The staff was courteous.
• Paying for parking was ridiculous.

• Clean bathrooms, comfortable bedding and pillows.
• Long waits for the elevator, poor and expensive wireless internet access.

“Very comfortable and clean. Stay on an upper floor during weekends due to parties/weddings. Didn't mind paying for parking ($14/day), but didn't like the $10/day charge for internet access which was spotty at best. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

• Clean, quiet, nice decor.
• Long wait at late check in; over booked & gave away my room.

“Arrived for a late check in and was told they over booked and I could not have my room, even though I paid 1 month in advance. Had to drive 30 min. Gave me complimentary & better accommodations for both nights, but it was inconvenient & had to pay for a very expensive breakfast at the other hotel which I was not expecting. Waiting to see if they will follow through with my credit.”

• Location and comfy beds.
• Room smelled smoky even thought it was non-smoking.

“I would stay there again for location and comfy beds. The room was sprayed the first night after we complained. But the second night we got is too late to do anything about it.”
