“Great parking, easy access to Disneyland, but no hotel shuttle. Everything was updated and the rooms were really comfortable. We went with our two small children and the small room was fine. If traveling with teenagers the room may be tight.”

“The room was nice and clean with a modern feel. LCD TV fridge and micro in room with a safe. There was not enough storage or drawer space to unpack bags. There is a $15 parking fee that is not mentioned when booked on website. No shuttle bus from the hotel but there is a bus stop in front.”

“Had a great sleep, breakfast was good, pool area nice but no spa, access to theme park was a little complicated, paying for parking should be note but it was reasonable, overall pleasant and clean.”

“This is a bare bones hotel without a Disneyland shuttle, bellhop, or pay per view videos. We were very disappointed in the staff. They were very unhelpful with any information.”

“The amount of time it took to check in was horrible. When I came in on a Friday evening, there was only one person at the desk and he was obviously overworked. The machine to pay for self-parking was broken and most of the people in line were waiting to pay for it. Room service was a joke. The food was okay, but you had you go and pick it up yourself and push the room service cart to your room. I looked like an employee. After standing in line to pay for parking upon check out, the gate would not lift because it said my pass had expired. I had to stand in line again to get a new pass that worked. Overall, the room was nice except for the broken air conditioning and the pool area is very nice, but I will not be staying there again.”

“Really great and modern room. Really clean also. We only stayed for the night but would definitely go there again. You can walk to the theme park and Downtown Disney.”

“Clean and safe, families can get a good nights' sleep. However there are many adequate hotels close by that offer more, such as free breakfast and no $14/day parking fee.”

“This was a good hotel. It was very close to Disneyland, the staff was very good. The room was newly remodeled and there were flat-screen tv's in the room and free wireless Internet access. Downside: $14/day parking cost. Could have better selection of tv channels. I would stay there again.”

“This hotel does not have a continental breakfast, staff is businesslike vs friendly, the pool is salt water, and the room fridge is big enough for 2 sodas, but it is close to Disneyland and convenient. I would never pay full price for this hotel.”
