• The day staff and evening staff were very helpful.
• The night staff was not very helpful had to wait 2hrs to check in was not happy about this, I arrived at 11:15, you think a hotel would have 24hr staff.

“Hotel was nice but has no amenities that i wanted I was hoping for a hotel with a continental breakfast did not like the fact that I had to wait 2hrs to check in need 24hr checkin staff.”

• The location.
• Broken toilet, AC.

“We did not like our stay at this hotel at all. The toilet wouldn't flush, and would groan so loudly it shook the floor, the AC was very loud and kept us awake, the kitchen area was falling apart, the TV wouldn't work and the best part, the employees all left at 11 pm. Bring your own soap, conditioner, shampoo, toilet paper and hair dryer too and don’t expect housekeeping to come unless you want to pay an additional fee per day.”

• It was pretty dumpy for a hotel that has an online price on their website of $95/night

“If I would have paid $95/night for this room I would have been very disappointed. Kind of dark and dumpy. Definitely not more than a 2-star hotel.”
