• The hotel was very helpful in giving me directions for where
  I was going.

• The carpet in the room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and plenty of towels. The bed was soft!
• The only thing was trying to turn the shower on. Its under the faucet instead.

“The hotel room was very clean and didn't have the smell of an old hotel room. The carpet was clean and my feet weren't black after walking on it. The bed was a king which was nice and it was actually soft. The bathroom was big and clean with plenty of towels. The only problem I had was trying to turn the shower on. You have to push up on the thing under the faucet. This hotel was by far the best hotel I have stayed at. Me and my fiancé will be staying here for our honeymoon as well. Very pleased with everything.”

• Seemed to be quite new.
• The heater in my room did not work. The shower did not work.

“I have a feeling that the shower in this room is some sort of new shower type. There was a shower head on the wall but no apparent way to activate it. If this is a new type, instructions for operation of the shower would be required. Overall the hotel was very nice. It was well located for my business trip and rather inviting as a place to stay.”

“The staff went above and beyond to help me with directions, taxi service, and much more. The breakfast attendant even fixed my 8 year old son a waffle (a great thing to do for a father who has very limited cooking abilities). The room was clean and smelled good (no tobacco or musty smells).”

• It was clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly.
• It was near a lot of construction, so getting to downtown Tampa was not easy.

“I would recommend this hotel highly if you have business or leisure on that end of Tampa (ie: Busch Gardens, etc.). However, it is not located within easy reach of downtown because of the construction there and the level of traffic. It was an excellent hotel overall. My stay was great.”
