• Brand new and very clean.
• Still obviously working out the kinks of a new hotel.

“There was not enough hot water to take a shower both in the evening and in the morning. The staff is obviously still in training as it took an about ten minute wait to check in because clerk was trying to refund someone who was leaving and the upon checking out I was not asked if I wanted a receipt or how my stay was. Obviously the hot water issue is completely unacceptable, but staff just needs more training. Breakfast was very prefab and unappetizing as it was wrappers, wrappers, wrappers. No fresh fruit even. Win gate has a much better breakfast.”

• We have been traveling for a month and our issue are the beds and this hotel has the best beds and linens
• Every thing was perfect.

“We have been traveling for a month. This was the best hotel in all aspect, room was extra clean, the most up to date, pillow top beds, soft linens, flat screen TV, great staff, and best breakfast.”

• Only one computer in business center.

• It was convenient to the event we were traveling for.
• Smoking area right outside the door. I do not smoke and did not like walking past smokers to get to my room.

“Nice and clean. I did not use the pool because
I did not realize the pool was indoor. I will carry my suit next time.”
