• Friendly staff, clean.

“The staff was very helpful and always pleasant. Room was clean, and continental breakfast was great. Overall, very pleased with my stay here. I'd definitely stay again.”

• Very, very, clean.
• The second shift girl behind the desk was a little off. My husband and I watched her try and borrow money from anyone she could find.

“I left a day early because my husband and I felt the 2nd shift girl behind the counter was high and attracted some kind of thugs into the lobby. Went around trying to borrow money from anyone. If they got rid of her it would be the perfect place to stay for short term vacations. Just sorry we left early because we did not feel safe with her. The cleaning staff were great and dependable.”

• Room had a nice finish, was clean and comfortable
• The breakfast seemed to be low quality

“Upon arrival the exterior of the hotel looked as you would expect. The staff was all very friendly and everything was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Though we didn't use the pool even the pool/whirpool areas looked very clean. The only real complaint is that the breakfast seemed to low quality.”

• The staff was some of the best I have encountered. Made you feel like a regular. Very comfortable.
• The pillows are very uncomfortable. I travel with my own just in case. I have heard bad things about the pillows.

“The Hotel was very warm and comfortable. You get more then you pay for. We will be going back every time we visit Wilmington.”
