“Check-in was rushed and rude, I was the only customer and directions to room were inadequate.”

• Great location.
• Exterior doors were not secured.

“Nice, convenient - undergoing renovations. Ice maker and vending were far away, exterior doors were open access - not safe.”

• The rooms and facilities were clean.
• The room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave, but they were not in the room when we arrived. The air conditioner knobs were broken.

“The rooms were adequate they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner knobs were broken, which made it difficult to set the room temp (we ended up too cold in the middle of the night). The service in the restaurant was terrible. The hotel was located in a good location. Safe and near many restaurants and sightseeing. Overall, the hotel met our needs.”

• The area and hotel are charming and chic.
• No mini fridge or microwave.

“The staff was helpful and made the check-in and out procedure painless. The pool was right outside of the room. The bed was wonderfully comfy and relaxing. Wish we could have brought it back with us. Very charming place to stay for our honeymoon.”

• Location and price.
• Hotel personnel were not nice, pool needed cleaning, housekeeping started after 3pm.

“For the price and the location it was ok. However, if you wanted clean towels and your room cleaned and made up, go to another hotel! The service in the lobby was not, if you called from your room you felt as if you were interrupting them.”

• Impressed with room interior, bed, furnishings and decor.
• No mircowave or refrigerator in room. Need paper cups instead of glasses and coffee mugs.

• Its located on major road near many stores and outlets.

“The hotel is very nice on the outside but in the inside its very old looking. The bed was in bad shape. The funiture appeared to be from something out of the 80's. Had a pool but looked in bad shape. Would not recommend this place not even for a single person to stay in.”

• It had a very nice lobby and was extremely convenient. However, the connecting doors between two rooms to make a suite was set up very awkwardly.
• The way they have the rooms separated for suites is really poorly set up. They need to look at changing locks.

“The staff is really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is a good buy for the money. It's clean and pleasant.”

• Good location.
• Pool could have been kept cleaner. The pool area needed more chairs and tables with umbrellas. Could use some plants or something decorative.

“Portions were very small. Only had margarine. Coffee was poor quality. Lobby was nice. They even sold used paperbacks which was a nice touch. Room was furnished nicely. Bathroom was clean.”
