• Rooms were comfortable and luxurious. Room service was delicious.
• Housekeeping woke us up twice in the morning, and once attempted to enter our room.

“Overall the stay was fantastic. We were on the exclusive access floor, even though we couldn't specify anything about our rooms. The pool was great, the food was great, the rooms were great. The only negative thing I noticed was that the front desk had a little attitude.”

• Beds and pillows were heavenly.
• Nothing.

“Our stay was short, but found the beds comfortable and the staff very accommodating. Stayed on the HHonors level, beautiful view from the upper floors. The restaurant downstairs was excellent in every way, from the short-order cook to the wait staff.”

• No complimentary/continental breakfast-most other hotels provided at least something.
