• The staff was friendly and try to accomadate requested room.
• It was dirty and the second room that they gave us that was nonsmoking smelt like smoke.

“Even though we requested a 1 star, cause we were getting in late and leaving early, you would expect it to be clean. There were also guys hanging around the entrance and the lobby that made me very uncomfortable as I was traveling with husband and young child. We arrive after dark so that did not help matters.”

• Large room, staff that remembers me, great rate!
• No pool, that's about it.

“It's extended stay. It's become a favorite in our family (except for the lack of pool part, but it's not that kind of hotel). We get ES Hotel most times we use Priceline in a big city, and are happy when we do. In Minneapolis, even though we range over 4-5 different ES Hotels in the area, the staff from one to another quite often remembers us and asks how this or that event we spoke about went. That's a great feeling where you don't expect it when you are only there every few months!”

• Its proximity to the places
  I conduct my business and the friendliness of the hotel staffs and the safety of the location.
• The extra charge for a room with additional bed.

• Very poor location.

“The location is convenient, being right off the interstate, but in a rather undesirable area of the city, and there were constantly teenagers/young adults, who were not guests, going in and out of the hotel. There were also loud parties and smoke alarms going off at all hours, and a strangely suspicious smell in the air immediately before one of those alarms.”
